"Our overall experience during this stay was incredibly satisfying. The pool team, in particular, was outstanding. Special mention goes to Chen and Li, who worked from 6 AM to 3 PM; they displayed exceptional professionalism. They were consistently focused and responsible during their shifts, never distracted by their phones, always attentive to the children's safety, and provided meticulous and appropriate service. Their dedication and expertise left us with a very deep and positive impression of the hotel, even making us consider extending our stay. While I don't recall the names of the other pool staff, they too left a strong and positive impression."

"The location is a bit shabby getting in, but once you get there, the view opens up. There's a swimming pool, and it's only about a 5-minute drive from the Banyue Mountain Hot Springs, which is very convenient. The landlady is very nice and welcoming. You can tell her anything you need, and they have a washing machine for laundry, which is super convenient. This was my first time staying in a cabin with friends, and it was a fantastic experience – a unique experience. I stopped by the restaurant on the way back from the hot springs and ordered food. The prices were very reasonable, just over 200 yuan for a table. It was a great place to eat, chat, and enjoy the scenery. When I woke up in the morning, I could just lie in bed, look out the window, and make a cup of tea. It was so comfortable!"

"The Baitang Bay Scenic Area is a supporting facility developed by China Railway Group. It is close to the Niutoushan Crater Geopark (ask more and don’t think that the seaside developed by the developer is a geopark). It has an infinity swimming pool, seawater hot springs, and popular photo spots. , catering agglomeration are all development projects of China Railway. The hotel we stayed in was a commercial apartment renovated by China Railway Construction. There were two buildings, No. 8 and No. 9, with 23 floors. There were only two elevators in one building. It was too slow to wait for an elevator. The service desk and waiting area are too narrow, and the self-service food purchasing area does not have many varieties. The washing powder in the free laundry room is too difficult to foam and feels like it has expired. . . The breakfast price of 20 yuan per person is still affordable. It is a breakfast spot built using an extended platform space on the second floor. There is not a lot of food, but the service staff has a good attitude. The advantage is: we were upgraded to a sea view suite for free, with two bedrooms and one living room. It was a real sea view room. The balcony faced the seaside, and the sound of the waves at night was deafening. It happened to be a typhoon day, and the wind also came to accompany it, making a whirring sound. You can have a clear view of the entire Baitang Bay scenic spot and basalt rock location. The hotel has a parking lot and a free shuttle bus to the scenic spot, which is very convenient. The underground garage has also been transformed into entertainment facilities: video games, table tennis, gym, chess, basketball, etc. The operators are very good at utilizing the space, and the night lights are also remarkable. It is more convenient to come here by car."

"First time at Banyueshan, stayed in the Hot Spring Villa King Room, and the experience was still perfect! 💯 The room was amazing, with a super large private hot tub on the balcony. Just turn on the tap, and it's strontium-rich hot spring water – soak whenever you want, with excellent privacy. Soaking at night while stargazing, or coming back to soak after a tiring day of activities – this is what a vacation should be like! The service was impeccable. From booking the free shuttle from Xiamen North Station, I already felt their thoughtfulness. Check-in at the front desk was fast, and the staff's smiles were very warm. There was a super rich variety of free activities; I worked out in the gym and even tried fishing. I was just playing around, but surprisingly, I actually caught a small fish, and my child was incredibly excited! The overall environment of the hotel is very quiet, like a hidden paradise in the mountains, with excellent air quality. My only regret this time was not being able to visit the horse ranch – I'll save that for next time! I've already recommended it to friends; it's definitely a hidden gem of a hot spring hotel that I'll revisit countless times! 🏞️"
