The rooms are clean however, the building was too old and the air-conditioner sound was too noisy. Even the toilet fan was too noisy. The breakfast was good but the fruits and desserts were outside the restaurant so we have to go out to get some. The staff are very friendly and hospitable.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay in Hotel Del Rio this Christmas. Aside of friendly staff, we enjoyed the breakfast. Delicious foods and the waiters are very accommodating.

Always enjoy my stay in Del Rio. We used to stay here when we were little and enjoy the breakfast buffet. It was always nostalgic to stay here

The service is good, but the sheets are not changed. I found the previous resident’s hair on the bed😖

Excellent service. The staffs are all nice and friendly. The food are also great. Rooms are clean. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here, especially the kids, they enjoyed the pool because it is very clean.

This is my first stay at Hotel Del Rio, and it’s been quite a pleasant experience. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The room is spacious, and I appreciated that the TV comes with Netflix—always a plus! Although I haven’t tried the pool yet, the bathroom is roomy and well-equipped with essential toiletries. The body wash smells great, and I enjoyed a warm, relaxing bath after a long day. The addition of a bidet is a nice touch. The breakfast buffet is definitely worth the cost of the stay. My only concern was the parking situation. Due to frequent conventions and the popularity of the hotel’s restaurant, parking spots for in-house guests are almost always taken. I ended up parking across the street, fortunately finding a spot at a closed shop.

Really great view. Loved the peace of the place. Definitely would come back.

Clean and spacious rooms. The window view is not the best and you don’t get a lot of natural light but it is good nonetheless. Love the cafe in the lobby and the attentiveness of the staff.

nice and delicious buffet breakfast. good location. aircon not so cold even in high fan speed and max. cold setting. nice receptionist. clean bedsheet but smell musty.

nice room and children enjoy their swimming time in their pool. I love their breakfast have a lot of foods to choose. Next time i have a plan ti have a staycation when going back home again.

The hotel looks good in the outside ( front). But once you go in, it’s somewhat old, the carpet on the stairs is so soiled and worn. The elevator is worse. It is so dirty and smelly. One reason i booked there was the was s pool. But i was so disappointed that it’s extremely dirty. Told the staff about it, they said they gonna clean it. But it was never done. The breakfast was not bad, but not worth it for the price. Sorry… this hotel is not recommendable.
