A landmine! The room rate is not low, and it feels like a state-owned guesthouse from the 1980s. The decoration is falling off, the toilet is leaking, the air conditioner does not work, and the wifi coverage is poor. The service is also the worst in the entire Balkans, and they just said "we can do nothing". I fled immediately after staying for one night...

I rarely write reviews, but my experience at this place was so awful that I feel compelled to share. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this hotel was not what it advertised. The rooms were in terrible shape—unclean and uncomfortable, with obvious signs of neglect. As for the spa itself, I was shocked at the behavior I witnessed. The atmosphere felt hostile and unwelcoming, and it seemed like the staff were more interested in protecting problematic guests than ensuring a peaceful environment. I even saw an innocent person being unfairly attacked, and to make matters worse, the staff shockingly stood by, supporting the aggressors. When the police were called, staff members went as far as to lie about what happened. This place is a complete disappointment, both in terms of its facilities and the integrity of its employees. I would never recommend staying here—avoid it at all costs!

this hotel have no CCTV, anything can happen. and one of the staff here got bribed right in front of me to get my room so I had to get another lower class room because of fasad of the mangment its a ***** hotel. and this is so expensive for low quality rooms and sevices, I advise you horbly donot come here!

Rude staff and customers. Unprofessional place. Honestly racist attitude towards customers. Handling refunding unfairly and not professionally. And no cameras in the gym seriously????? They should just close the place not improve it.

Horrible place and terrible staff who lack the slightest bit of ethics and proper management and needs to change their attuited and treat their residents better than this shameful treatment !!!! they should be ashamed of themselves for running the place they way they do

The place was absolutely awful, with the worst service I have ever encountered. From the moment I walked in, it was clear the staff had no interest in being there. They were rude, dismissive, and shockingly slow, taking forever to acknowledge or assist customers. It felt like they were actively avoiding doing their jobs, showing no professionalism or effort to create a pleasant experience. The lack of organization made things even worse, with long waits and complete chaos. Basic manners and courtesy were nonexistent, leaving me frustrated and regretting my decision to visit. To top it off, the environment was poorly maintained, which only added to the miserable experience. It’s baffling how a place like this is even still operating. Save yourself the trouble and avoid it at all costs. There are far better options out there that actually value customers and provide the service you deserve.

They don’t give refund very terrible I don’t recommend them at ALL the don’t treat you well the payment is very high they are not ok they have on camera so some bad things could happen because of that I will never neverrrrrr go there again please don’t go
