Everything smells and looking new. Hotel staffs are warm, friendly and very helpful. We chose it because of the walking distance frm Sants Rail station, convenient when we arrived from Cordoba. Sants Rail station & Metro station both same location.

Very good hotel, the environment and the room are very good. The only problem is that the hotel gym is under renovation recently and there is no clear opening time

The room facilities are very new. The room is a bit small. The bed is not very big but it is enough. The price is not bad in Europe. It is very close to the station.

Rates doubled due to large conventions throughout the city. It's more reasonable at half the price and the room is small. But neat and clean. The room is fully equipped with coffee machine, hair dryer and special hair curling iron. Thumbs up

It is 5 minutes away from Sants train station and the subway is in the same direction, so traveling is convenient. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and there is a Chinese restaurant behind the train station. The food is pretty good and will satisfy your cravings.

I am very satisfied with Ctrip's service. Ctrip helped me get back the overcharge from the hotel. But it’s best not to choose this hotel. The deposit for subsequent trips has been refunded, and this hotel is still refusing to refund the deposit. The quilt also had blood stains that could not be cleaned. Unless you are catching an early train, it is best not to choose here.

Fantastic stay, the staff are very friendly, accommodating and helpful. The room is clean and tidy. The breakfast was great, plenty of choice. Do try the Iberian ham. The hotel is a short walk to the train station/ subway station. The hotel had a useful map to help you navigate the subway. Taxis are reasonably priced. We did a 3 night city break visit.

We stayed here on Hilton exchange points for 3 nights. Small rooms but great bathrooms. Bed was comfy and had a cute little balcony. Free breakfast as a Hilton Honors gold member. Great customer service and helpful for local advice. 2 small elevators and a small bar included the lobby. Also has workspace.

As a Hilton Diamond member this property stood out. Small, boutique feel with a welcoming environment. A couple of special things to mention: breakfast offerings included mimosas and bloodys as well as gummy bears. One of the cooler breakfasts I have seen. Secondly, Nelson was incredibly helpful. He took time out to find out when we were leaving and arranged a cab on our behalf. I didn’t ask him, he offered, which was a huge help and surprising gesture. We also had one verrrrry mediocre dinner at the hotel. The chicken club was literally pieces of chicken and bacon on bread with no sauce. Dryer than the wine…but thankfully Eric at the bar kept us company and more than made up for it with his wonderful Aperol Spritz’s, which were also BOGO! Thank you to the entire staff at Via Sants!

A memorable stay. My experience at Hotel Via Sants was very positive, and I want to especially highlight two members of the reception team: Juan and Arantxa. Both of them work exceptionally hard, always with a professional, friendly, and helpful attitude, no matter how busy the hotel was. The bellboy was also really helpful with our luggage, kudos to him. It's clear that all the employes, go above and beyond to ensure guests have a comfortable stay, and that really makes a difference. Whenever I needed assistance, they were always there with a smile, providing useful information about the city and doing everything possible to accommodate our requests. The breakfast was another highlight of my stay. There was a great variety of options, and the quality of the food was excellent. The breakfast service is very complete, perfect to start the day with energy before heading out to explore Barcelona. The rooms are small but they have all you need with a good shower, confy bed an really proper amenities. However the TV Non-locals chanels selected are not the most proper ones, and you can't share content from your device to the TV as other hotels has. Although the gym was closed due to ongoing work on the new pool rooftop, it didn’t really affect my experience, as they had a gym couple minutes walking from the place. Really chill area when you can walk safe and pretty close to our train to madrid and good restaurants. We will definetly stay again in our next visit to Barcelona!
