There is no hair dryer or kettle in the hotel room. The socket is hard to find. The window is leaking. Although there is heating in the room, it still feels quite cold after the air leakage. I went to the front desk to ask for a kettle, but the front desk said that the hotel does not provide it. The service staff's English is very average. There is no elevator in the hotel, but there is one in the corridor. There are stairs of different heights to pass, which is very inconvenient to take the luggage. To go to the restaurant, you have to walk from the corridor to the lobby first, and then walk in the opposite direction from the lobby to reach the restaurant. The distance is quite far. The hotel said that breakfast will start at 8:00, but when we arrived at 8:10, the door of the restaurant was not open. When we checked out at 9:00 in the morning, we wanted to ask the service staff to help with the luggage, but there was still no service staff to take the luggage at 9 o'clock in the morning. It was also difficult to open and close the door of the room, which should be due to the deformation of the door.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is next to the lion sculpture and very close to the Royal Palace. The building is from the French colonial period. There are three parts: a hotel, a cafe, and a restaurant. The hotel is surrounded by cafes and restaurants. The screws in the alley behind The soup is worth trying, the surrounding environment is very good, typical European town scenery

The location of the hotel is very good. There are restaurants and shops downstairs, which is very convenient. The hotel room is clean and the service is warm. It's a bit expensive, but it's not bad!

English communication difficulties

On our journey from Fez to Erfoud we stopped in Ifrane for coffee. The hotel has a swiss alps look about it and apparently they can get snow in the town in winter. Pleasant surroundings, friendly staff, not a huge cup of coffee but it was hot and tasted good.

We took a break to drink coffee in this establishment. I am seated, I am served a coffee. I barely touched it; I'm going to the bathroom. When I return, the table is cleared. The waiter refuses to refill my coffee. In addition to the politeness of the staff, the place is not welcoming (except the terrace in full sun) and lacks hygiene.

Our stay at the Hôtel Le Chamonix was extremely disappointing. I strongly advise against this establishment, because the quality is simply mediocre. The service leaves something to be desired, with deplorable behavior from employees and the manager. Despite prior agreement when booking for two children aged 6 years old to be free, we were surprised to see them included in the bill, and the manager did not keep his first word. An unpleasant experience with excessive prices.

Das Personal an der Reception war völlig unproffesionel. Sie sprachen kein Französisch und kein Englisch. Ich habe 6 Übernachtungen zu je 50€ bezahlt. Der Kellner hatte mir 1 Kaffee zu 2.50€ spendiert und ich wurde Abends verhört und musste den Kaffee nach zahlen. Das Geschenk des Kellners wurde nicht akzeptiert und ich wurde dafür 30.Min.verhört.Ein No Go.

L'hôtel est situé au centre de la ville.Tres propre et évidemment bien chauffé car il y avait -3 degré dehors.La chambre rien à dire et le personnel est accueillant et serviable.Concernant le petit-déjeuner, c'était très bien et j'ai bien aimé la soupe.
