The hotel is clean, though it is a bit far from the city center. The spa facilities are nice, and the staff is friendly.

The hotel is quite old but so is the other hotels in the area, free alcohol bar at check in time was great it was overall nice.

rather old hotel. we came during the low season so not so crowded but most restaurants outside the hotel were closed for business. there is only one onsen pool indoor (no outdoor). the fun part was the sand bath for experience @¥1500/pax. Ocean facing room is nice.

the perfect remote place for onsen and sand bath relaxing treatment, fantastic rooms in Japanese style with all facility, great service twice daily, onsen bath with sea-side view at 5th floor of the hotel... restaurants and shops inside the hotel, bicycle available, restaurants and supermarkets in the near of the hotel, friendly hotel staff - just incedible nice and helpful !

The bathroom is dirty with stains, toilet facilities are old and not functioning. The toilet was clogged.

A very cost-effective experience. The surrounding scenery is beautiful and the breakfast is great! The hotel's hot springs and services are very good. The key is that it is not far from the station. But now it is off-season and the whole town is deserted.

It was located further out of the Ibusuki hot spring area than I thought, but if you time it right, it was a 5-minute bus ride or taxi ride from the station, so it wasn't too inconvenient. The guest room was spacious and spacious enough for a single person. The large bath and breakfast restaurant were well-equipped, and the breakfast menu had a variety of menus and was delicious.

The welcome drink, mini concert, and location were all great. Dinner and breakfast were delicious ☺️ I'd love to go again.

It's a bit far from the subway station, about 1.5 km, but the beach is a nice walk. It's very close to the sand steaming hall, you must try it, and the noodle shop on the third floor is also delicious. The soup is on the fifth floor, and the view is great. There is a welcome drink. The breakfast is great.

It is a sea view room, the sea view is very beautiful. I fell asleep unknowingly listening to the sound of the waves at night. From Ibusuki Station, you can take a bus (Suica card is not supported) or walk to the hotel for about half an hour. Go straight through 3 traffic lights, then turn right and walk straight to the Sand Steam House first, and then walk for another 5 minutes to the hotel. There are free drinks and beer in the hotel lobby after 4 o'clock. We booked breakfast and dinner, both of which are quite rich.

Very nice hotel! Free drinks in the afternoon (including draft beer). Breakfast is also rich. The hotel's sand bath and dinner banquet cuisine (5500) are worth choosing.

Thank you for your hospitality for two days. I have traveled to many prefectures in the past, but I felt that the customer service at this hotel was particularly poor compared to the ones I have stayed at so far. Despite the fact that there was a welcome drink, they did not inform me at all and did not serve it, and even though I left a drink in the fridge in my room, they did not even call me. It was a shame as I was in an area where I could relax in nature.
