The hotel is really cost-effective, including three meals a day and the quality of dinner is also very high, exceeding expectations. The hotel has its own beach, a long swimming pool, and a water park but the opening hours are shorter every day. The price/performance ratio is really high, and I can spend a few days lying in the Red Sea. The only drawback is that the hotel facilities are too old, the hot water takes a long time, and the shower head is old.

Clean, tidy and beautiful

Beautiful resort hotel, big and big, but not new. There are many swimming pools, with their own water parks. When we arrived in Hurghada, we just encountered cooling. Fortunately, the hotel has a heated swimming pool and a heated wave pool. We stayed in the hotel for 4 days and were very comfortable every day. The dinner is very rich, and there are several different foods added every day. I tried 3 types of restaurants, Chinese food, Mongolian food and the main restaurant. It’s really unpalatable to forget the Chinese food. Most of the waiters are very nice and enthusiastic. Smile, there was only one lunch line to pick up grilled prawns, the experience was very poor, obviously the staff who picked up the prawns discriminated against the Chinese, Europeans and Americans can have a few more prawns at a time, but when I lined up twice, I only gave 2, The obvious attitude is not friendly, and I forgot to complain to him😭 Generally speaking, it is a very suitable hotel for vacation and leisure, I like it very much!

At the same time, singles and without children can relax without children - at other pools and places without children. I have been coming back here again and again for 17 years, sometimes to the Titanic Palace, sometimes to the Titanic Beach. Anyway, everyone can use both the hotel area and the restaurants, I meet people who come back here many times, some 20 and more. This is said more than all the words really. Now some restaurants are being renovated, but it makes everything more interesting - those who like to have breakfast in restaurants outdoors, it is really good solution to have breakfast on the outdoor terrace among the chirping birds. And the show at the Japanese restaurant will not leave anyone indifferent. Restaurant The grill is also something special. I saw how birthdays, honeymoons and other events are celebrated in all the hotel restaurants. It's really a lot of joy and something special. Everything is thought out down to the smallest detail so that every guest would be happy at the hotel. The hotel has a diving club, kitesurfing club, nightclub, evening programs - everything you need for both active and inactive recreation according to everyone's wishes. I just love this hotel and I want other people to have the opportunity to experience it too. Fantastic service from arrival to departure. Every time is different and wonderful. Thanks to all the nice people who work in this beautiful hotel and do everything to make every guest feel really happy. Big thanks to Mr. Ahmed - he really cares about the hotel and every search from every morning to late at night, the same nice Olga - really cares about every guest, a very kind and open person, I can't imagine the lobby without those people. First time at this hotel and it has been an amazing experience. The hotel staff from the room cleaners to the waiters were fantastic. Paul on reception was friendly and helpful and dealt with any queries with a smile on his face. One of the waiters Ahmedibyahim Elsayed really stood out for us and was tentative and helpful and couldn't do enough to make our stay special and memorable(even before a tip). The hotel is clean even with some reservations being done to the restaurant areas. Rooms was kept cleaned and mini fridge stock with bottles of water,coke an sprite daily. Fresh beach towels provided every day and could be changed throughout the day if you wished. Plenty for children to do from the aqua park to bowling and kids club. Evening entertainment had a wide variety, acts on at the main stage and then at the bottom of the hotel in the theater, their is also a nightclub for over 18s situated in the hotel itself near an interlinked shopping market with the hotel next door. The hotel offers a wide range of day trips you can book with your rep along with plenty of watersports activities that can be booked down on the beach next to the theater. The hotel is advertised as and all inclusive and it definitely is, from beach beds,pool bars and al a carte restaurants. The hotel itself is stunning and has plenty of areas to go depending on your mood, spacious quiet areas you can relax in and games room and discos. Salesman do come to try and sell you trips and massages ect but the pool staff off you a red band to put on your parasol which tells the salesman not to disturb you which is a brilliant idea. All in all we have enjoyed our stay, will recommend to friends an family and we will definitely be returning
