Very bad, the hotel front desk English is very poor, describing what is paid for and what is free, and the use of towels and blankets is very irregular

Nice environment, with children's swimming park

The room is large, with all-inclusive food and accommodation, so I took my kids out to play. It's safe and reliable, there are many Europeans in the hotel, and there are different national cuisines every day.

I upgraded to a sea view room for 10 euros. It was very convenient to eat, drink and have fun in the hotel. It was quite good.

We liked everything very much, at first we were skeptical, but during our stay we understood all the advantages of the hotel, the pools were clean, we got a new room (for which a special thank you!😊) clean, they immediately brought a child’s bed, the beach was clean, many sun loungers, comfortable. The service staff is very friendly, the food is varied. 30 min drive to the airport. Let's come back here again!👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Huge and spectacular hotel. Spacious and complete rooms. Clean and modern. Very friendly people at the reception and restaurants. Large swimming pools for adults and children. Activities all day for all ages. Varied food, each night is traditional cuisine from a different country. Exit to the direct beach, with a walkway to go to a deeper part. Very good all inclusive. Highly recommended.

Stay wherever you drive! I temporarily booked this British hotel. After entering, the densely populated lobby was filled with white people. Foreigners staying in a hotel are really staying in a hotel! I made a temporary reservation and was given a room in front of the elevator. The door was free to hold up with a table so there was no collision sound. The parking lot was across the road, so I needed to turn around and go back.

First time in Egypt and were nervous about what we had heard and read . The hotel was brilliant ,clean and great staff , we stayed in the main building and our room was lovely . Food was tasty and plenty to choose from , we were nervous at first about eating certain things because of what we had heard about Egypt , but it was fine . The pools were great except for the one near the restaurant no one went in it because it was to cold but it was December, I can imagine from May onwards its much needed. The only negative things I can say are the beach isant the best especially for children .And not all drinks are included in the all-inclusive ,and it is out the way a bit. But I would definitely stay here again hopefully coming back in November

Great hotel, so clean, good food and drinks staff couldn't do enough for you, animation team where brilliant too, cleaners made special things with the towels, resturant staff always there to help and i got a cake for my birthday and a card from the hotel thanks to all the staff we will be back again.

2nd time here still on holiday hotel doing even more new work new restaurant it's amazing room beautiful sleep quality fantastic everything you want at this hotel I'm still enjoying my holiday will book again with family as everything here for all ages

Awesome hotel. I love food. Lots of space, flowers and green area. Close to the beach. Only I didn't go to spa...definitely too pricey even in my country I can have a nice treatment much cheaper! You can find a spa in Hurghada for a good deal. I prefer paid 3times less for a massage outside. You can use uber app to go to Hurghada/Marina/Spa, etc
