Got blood stain on the sofa. Especially there is a notice to be cautious of STDs, it makes people even more scared. My mum's skin felt itchy after sleeping on the bed.

The hotel staffs were really nice, got our group very early checkin. The room was very nice and amenities were complete. Used the airport transfer which is also on time.

Staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Shuttle to the airport is very convenient and easy to use. Hotel is located in a beautiful neighborhood; we recommend taking a walk around.

I went to Hangzhou on a business trip. I found a hotel online with good reviews. I booked a basic room without windows. The hotel upgraded me for free. I slept very well. It is only about 10 minutes away from the airport, but it is not noisy at all. I will come to this hotel again if I stay near the airport next time I am on a business trip.
