Hotel is really nice and clean. Lots of restaurants with a good choice of food. When checking in Ahmed Mazhar and Mostafa were amazing and made me feel right at home. Sorted my room and managed to get my family close to me as I was here to surprise them. 5⭐️ service and definitely an asset to the hotel. Thank you again to you both. The pool is one of the cleanest pools I’ve ever seen. Entertainment staff really nice and helpful. Lack of things on during the day is the only thing I would say. Mohammed the housekeeper went above and beyond always to make sure we had everything we needed. Whilst all in all the hotel was great there are some things that let it down. In general all staff were helpful and happy, however as always there were a few that weren’t and wouldn’t do anything to help. Soft drinks are all bottles so it’s fine if you order a drink and it’s a fresh bottle but sometimes you get a bottle and it’s flat. Snack bar is poor and not much selection between the hours of 10am-1pm and 3pm-7pm there isn’t anywhere you can get a light bite. The marina serves some things but is very far away and not convenient if you’re at the pool. No chips or french fries anywhere. This was really disappointing, my mum and auntie loves chips so had to order them in the restaurant for $3 per portion. Not what you expect at an all inclusive. As I mentioned all in all we had a very good stay, I would return to this hotel definitely and had the potential to be an outstanding hotel.

The type of room was different from the reservation at first, but after unfolding the luggage, they prepared the reserved room. The response from the older female staff was very good. The number of towels, water, and bathrobes were not prepared for the number of people. It would have been better if there was a Japanese-speaking staff. Also, the front desk is far away. They also provide lunch boxes. Please note that dinner closes at 18:00. I checked the app and it was dinner time from 19:00, but it was closed at 18:00. I asked to take a picture and they didn't believe me, but the dinner staff also told me that they close at 19:00. It was a pity that the hotel was very good because the time for dinner was a little longer and what the app and the hotel said was different. The hotel was really nice. Perhaps because it was Egypt, the hotel name was updated later, and I couldn't get in touch with the hotel in advance, so I think it wasn't compatible with the app.

Dear all, From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, everything was magical! Smiling and very kind employees, starting from the reception staff, the waiters, the people responsible for the beach and the aqua park, the cleaning people... Top service, delicious food in all six restaurants offered by the hotel. We had no problems with the food, the ice cubes are made from technologically correct water. The cleanliness of the hotel is at the highest level. Top location of the hotel, opportunity for walks in a new, urbanized part of Hurghada. Constant entertainment for children, kind, smiling and fully accessible animation team. Evening entertainment with a mini-disco. Entertainment for adults every night at the hotel. Warm and calm, salty sea, beautiful sandy beach to enjoy. After the ball barrier there is an iron net, so all safety measures are taken. If you are kind, cultured and respect them, you get three times more from them in return 😊

We were moved to this hotel on Saturday 6 th July 2025 from the Nile Jewel and taken (group of 28 British)to our original hotel AMC ROYAL HOTEL HURGHADA where we had already spent a very enjoyable 3 days from 25 to 28 june 2025 before we did the Nile Cruise We had problems on Nile cruise not with the staff who were fantastic but money had not been paid over and service and food were not good for the last 3 days When we got to Royal hotel where we were to stay last 4 days for 5 to 9 july 2025 they couldnt honour all 28 of our bookings so after a long wait all of us were transferred to Swiss Hotel Hurghada. We were all pretty upset but staff at Swiss Hotel have made us really welcome so thank you This is a really lovely hotel staff 100 % Very clean .We tried 3 of the 6 restaurants excellent wide and varied menus . Gardens beautifully maintained as are the pools Got all inclusive deal that included drinks Our room overlooking pools well looked after We are very close to shopping centre and ATMs so very easy to get money out Fully recommend this hotel from arrival onwards would definately stay again It can be a bit noisy on rooms overlooking pools when entertainment on though Views from Italian restaurant overlooking beach fantastic All staff and shop keepers speak ex cellent english and have a smile for us Thank you all very much for a lovely stay Sheila and Hazel (77 year old twins)

Been here 4 times in 5 years, witnessed slow but steady decline. This year was a total disaster: - Paid for a 5 stars hotel? Here's a 1 star room, we don't care. Actually, we made a deal with airline crews this year, so fu*k you, dear regular guest, no new room for you. - The room was last renovated 30 years ago, probably. Looks like a hostel in Saigon, 1972. - Bathroom is falling appart. Literarry. Paint is peeling off everywhere. Shower holder fell on my head. - Dont worry about cold drinks, WW2 era fridge will keep it at room temperature. - Staff? All edgy and distracted for some reason. Underpayed and overwhelmed probably. Only smiles I got are from a few dudes who recognised me from previous years. - Beach waiters will forget your order regulary, or would let you wait for an hour. However, they will not forget to stare at you, waiting for a tip. - Food? Colorful, plenty of choice at the first glance. But after 3 days you realise that it's basicaly all the same every day, and, even worse, everything tastes the same. With some very rare exceptions. - Restaurant dress code? Non-existent. That's ok for a beach restaurant, but not for the main one. I sure like to see nice female bottom, but I do not enjoy attending anatomy class while eating. And I sure don't like to sit on a wet chair because someone came in directly from beach. - Grand finale: explosive diarrhea, completely free of charge! Three families, all familiar with possible digestion problems, all taking probiotics as a precauton, 8/9 ended up taking medications. The only one who avoided trouble is my 6 yrs old kid who didn't want to eat any hotel food, except the sweets. Luckily, you can buy really good diarrhea medications at the hotel pharmacy, for mere 10x bigger price than it's sold regularly. Good thing - you remain bloated for the rest of vacation, so you can't possibly drown. Headache pills are not worth buying, the price will cause you another headache. P.S. Paid 60 euros for late checkout. It ended at 18:00 hrs. At 18:01 was denied of water bottle for my kid. - On the bright side - nobody was eaten by sharks this year.

The rooms are clean, but the staff on the beach is bad. And when we check out we couldn't even get a bottle of water for child. For that money I am very disappointed. The food isn't good, we all had a stomach problems. This is the 3-rd time to be in this hotel and never more.

We were staying on the garden side across the road, this was quieter and had its own pool and bar. Thank you to Ahmed and mahiki who looked after us each day with Towels and drinks. The food at the hotel was very disappointing apart from the 3-5pm burger and fries bar on the Marina we found we ate out at the Western Bar across the road where they had food options to suit our tastes. Thank you to the taxi guy in Reception who helped us get to the airport as our transfer let us down. Wifi was poor none in the room or by the garden pool bar. Drinks could improve with fresh fruit cocktails and premium spirits, no wine other than dinner time and that was on tap. We wouldn’t sit by the beach as constantly got hounded for trips or spa treatments- how many times do you need to say no. The main pool swim up bar was not working. No mention of darts competitions or any animation team to get the kids involved maybe this was because we were on the garden side! This is a busy hotel for airline staff. Given the choice would I stay here again, probably not but that it not down to the hard working staff it is due to the food.

Overall an ok hotel, spa was good, Spa/cleaners/room staff were friendly, good location, food quality was ok & hotel is very clean. Poor parts: bar service terrible and waiters were poor had to chase numerous times to even order ( which came out wrong all the time). Guest services never there and after a few arguments (of which our tour guide stepped in) we got a second key card (apparently they don't offer this service- on key card per room). This would be a low 3 star hotel.

Our stay at the Swiss In Hotel was unfortunately far from pleasant. The Wi-Fi didn’t work for several days, despite being advertised both online and at check-in as a standard amenity. We had to literally fight to get any internet access – after repeated complaints, it finally worked briefly in the room, only to go down again shortly after. We even spent parts of the night waiting for it to come back on. For a modern hotel, this is completely unacceptable. What made matters worse was the behavior of the manager, who was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Instead of providing honest communication, we were repeatedly told empty promises like “it will be working in a few hours,” which never came true. The only bright spot was A. Mazhar – a polite, dedicated, and truly helpful staff member who genuinely tried to support us. He was the only one who took our concerns seriously, kept calm and respectful, and went out of his way to assist us. Thanks to him, we at least felt somewhat valued as guests. The food overall was okay, but a real highlight was the cuisine prepared by the Italian chef, who served by far the best meals at the hotel. Bottom line: Unreliable service, disrespectful management, and days without stable Wi-Fi – not recommended. A. Mazhar and the Italian chef were the only redeeming aspects of an otherwise frustrating experience.
