Hotel is really nice and clean. Lots of restaurants with a good choice of food.
When checking in Ahmed Mazhar and Mostafa
were amazing and made me feel right at home. Sorted my room and managed to get my family close to me as I was here to surprise them. 5⭐️ service and definitely an asset to the hotel. Thank you again to you both.
The pool is one of the cleanest pools I’ve ever seen. Entertainment staff really nice and helpful. Lack of things on during the day is the only thing I would say.
Mohammed the housekeeper went above and beyond always to make sure we had everything we needed.
Whilst all in all the hotel was great there are some things that let it down.
In general all staff were helpful and happy, however as always there were a few that weren’t and wouldn’t do anything to help.
Soft drinks are all bottles so it’s fine if you order a drink and it’s a fresh bottle but sometimes you get a bottle and it’s flat.
Snack bar is poor and not much selection between the hours of 10am-1pm and 3pm-7pm there isn’t anywhere you can get a light bite. The marina serves some things but is very far away and not convenient if you’re at the pool.
No chips or french fries anywhere. This was really disappointing, my mum and auntie loves chips so had to order them in the restaurant for $3 per portion. Not what you expect at an all inclusive.
As I mentioned all in all we had a very good stay, I would return to this hotel definitely and had the potential to be an outstanding hotel.

The type of room was different from the reservation at first, but after unfolding the luggage, they prepared the reserved room. The response from the older female staff was very good. The number of towels, water, and bathrobes were not prepared for the number of people. It would have been better if there was a Japanese-speaking staff. Also, the front desk is far away. They also provide lunch boxes. Please note that dinner closes at 18:00. I checked the app and it was dinner time from 19:00, but it was closed at 18:00. I asked to take a picture and they didn't believe me, but the dinner staff also told me that they close at 19:00. It was a pity that the hotel was very good because the time for dinner was a little longer and what the app and the hotel said was different. The hotel was really nice. Perhaps because it was Egypt, the hotel name was updated later, and I couldn't get in touch with the hotel in advance, so I think it wasn't compatible with the app.

This is an all-inclusive hotel with good value for money. All food in the hotel is free, so there is no need to worry about eating. However, the food quality is a bit poor, and there is no Wi-Fi in the room, and the reception is very slow. Room condition is average

Not the hotel we originally booked but upgraded by our travel agent. We had an amazing stay. The staff were excellent, very friendly and service was impeccable. Special shout out to the bar staff especially Amir. Perhaps because we were the only Irish couple there at the time but it did feel like the staff made an effort to get to know us by day 3 they knew I liked white wine with lunch and dinner and my glass was never empty. The food choices were great we had lunch in the main restaurant and then tried the various options in the evening with the BBQ and Italian being firm favourites. The hotel was really well located and we enjoyed an afternoon stroll daily into the town - soon learned how to say no thanks Already looking at a return trip next year.

Booked this hotel after staying at another hotel on the same street, it looked spectacular, rooms were clean, that’s where the good things stop unfortunately, food was awful, 5 days all inclusive, I was flying out late, transport was booked for 7.40, so I booked a late checkout time of 6pm, arrived at reception to checkout at 5.55pm only to be told that the all inclusive stops at 6pm, I’m unaware if this was coincidence or if I checked out at 12 I’d have to go hungry from 12 o’clock onwards, lucky I didn’t have my child with me

We booked a trip to Egypt and a Nile cruise. We were placed in this hotel last minute as the original hotel was having issues. We found the hotel to be very close to the airport. Also the hotel is very clean and the staff were amazing. Food however was about average and as fully inclusive the drinks were locally sourced. The only issue that I have as we have a late flight back home we were asked to vacate the rooms by 12 and also not allowed to use the restaurants and bar . We found that to be bad service as we paid for 2 weeks fully inclusive. And we hadn’t done our full two weeks. The had no intention of even wanting to help you resolve it so at least we could get drink of water or something . We had a seven hour wait at the hotel till the transport came to get us. So guys check before booking in .

After the week on a Nile cruise with all inclusive we expected the same. No - you can ONLY have wine with a meal. WHAT? The staff were very friendly and helpful indeed. The hotel was lovely although we were across the road from the main build. This turned out to be useful as we had a quiet pool. very civilised. The food hot food was virtually cold; it was bland, little choice - especially for me not liking fish. We ended up eating mostly salad. fried eggs and omelette. Some people ate like pigs which was quite horrid.

The hotel was clean, with good rooms, comfortable beds, and tasty food. Reception staff were friendly, and overall, the price-performance ratio was great. However, service at the bar/restaurant was disappointing—waiters focused mainly on female guests while ignoring us as two men. Night entertainment was lacking; at 22:00, everything shut down, and the live singer was just doing playback. The disco and first-floor bar were only open on Saturdays and completely empty. The animation team was okay but not the best—some staff didn’t seem very service-oriented. A major issue was the massage seller in an Adidas hoodie. He kept asking us daily, sometimes multiple times, even when we ignored him. One time, we had a red flag at our tent, but he still approached us. He should be banned from the hotel. Would stay again, but improvements are needed.
