The black paint falling off the balcony chair is not easy to clean. Children like to go without shoes, which easily dirty their feet. The backrest and pillows on the sofa need to be cleaned more often. The parking fee is collected by the community, capped at 40 per day, and there are plenty of parking spaces...

The B&B manager is very nice and the service is good😊I rented a 3-bedroom, 4-bed apartment in the first phase of Honghai Bay, which can accommodate 6 people in a large suite on the 18th floor facing the sea. The view is as I expected, and the room has no smell and feels clean. Catering services are provided, and cooking is not allowed in the existing room; this room has not been rented out for a long time. The manager spent a lot of time checking the electricity, hall water pipes, TV, etc. The air-conditioning is split type, and there are two rooms. The double bed room has an air conditioner👌, but the living room is quite large and only one air outlet is not cool enough. The two single beds in the living room felt too hot for two friends! The five of us often sit in the living room during the day and all feel hot. This is the hardest part for us. The only thing I can explain to my friends is that the price of the house is affordable, so I ask them to negotiate the price first to calm down their feelings for me. Complaints about the bad things about renting this house! I rented it for 3 days and 2 nights. My friends complained every night because the living room was too hot🥴I felt sorry for myself🥹I will not rent this B&B again in the future!
