Great location and friendly staff. However, must have swimming pool could be perfect

Nice hotel in the center of Hue, within walking distance of walking street & the imperial city. Try the spa, the treatments are really good but spa bed’s are among the best in the world.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Location is great. Sadly, good things ended here. Room that I’d was on the second floor. It’s quite run-down and strange design. It had a giant kind size bed with little space to walk around. Dresser had a loud squeaky sound whenever I opened it. Outside AC units were so loud that I couldn’t fall sleep. I even shut my room’s AC.! Luckily, I brought a pair of earplugs. Overall, it wasn’t a pleasant stay.

Quite new. Receptionist is very friendly and nice. Especially spa service is very good

Good location - within walking distance of cafes and restaurants. Guests have the opportunity to visit the jacuzzi for free and have good breakfasts. The room is clean

The room is huge! Very big! This is a good point. The breakfast is rich in variety and delicious. Not far from the hotel, there is an important shopping mall in Hue city, including a large supermarket. There are delicious restaurants within walking distance.

The room facilities are novel, the service is good, the equipment is complete, and the location is superior. It is close to the bar pedestrian street and Vincom shopping center. There is a supermarket nearby. It is recommended to choose to stay!

If I come there again, I will rent this hotel again.

We recently stayed at Alba Spa Hotel with our two young children and had a fantastic time. The hotel is beautifully designed with a focus on relaxation and comfort, making it perfect for families. Our room was spacious and well-appointed with comfortable beds for the whole family. The cleanliness was impeccable, which is always a top priority for us when traveling with children.

2 Night stay as part of a Odynovo Tours Vietnam experience. Beautiful hotel, room very nice and location is good. Only three blocks from a vibrant downtown with load of restaurants, bars and services. We walked to dinner each night, had our laundry done at a local laundry, Manicure and Foot massage; all within easy walking distance. Breakfast was included in our package. There is a spa with Hot/Cold pools but we didn’t not take advantage of this. TV in rooms with BBC.. which my husband really appreciated!

Fantastic welcome and overall stay with help from the front desk team (shout out to My Linh, Rum, Huyen plus all lovely team of professionals at the restaurant and housekeeping!). So near to great food and coffee places - Diamond Coffee, Le Hanh, Cong Caphe and many other places!
