I came to Hue with the Runners of Quang Tri to participate in the Marathon organized by Hue City. Knowing about Victory Hotel thanks to the Chief of the Group to book a room, at first there was not much hope for the room, but in contrast to what I thought before, Victory Hotel brought me a strange comfort. Fast and enthusiastic check-in procedure; clean - airy rooms. Spacious parking, 2 dedicated receptionists. With such facilities and facilities, I think this will be the ideal destination for those who have and are planning to come to Hue to visit and travel. If I have the opportunity to come to Hue, I will visit the hotel again. Thank you Hue, thank you very much Victory!

Nice hotel, great pool. In a good location near the river and the lovely river park. Not the best breakfast, though, but yhe roof top dining room is great. Do not use the massage services here. I went with two other friends and all three of us thought it was terrible. And the lady was rude when I didn't tip her 20% for a bad massage. Go to Sosono spa instead

It was a tidy hotel not far from the tourist street. I was especially surprised that the breakfast menu was more solid than I thought. The view was good and the service was very friendly even for late check-in. I tried to stay again afterwards, but it was not easy to book because there were no seats often. Recommended.

All staff are dedicated, friendly and attentive. The design and colors inside the hotel are very elegant. The location of the hotel is convenient, the city view is very beautiful. There are many very good services attached: lunch for the family, cafe right at the Hotel, order food to the room. PS: the front desk staff is very cute

Beyond expectations! Check in/out were breezy, and very kind and helpful receptionists, helped us with airport transfer with good price and some recommendations in this city. Hotel was modernly designed and decorated with quality fittings & furniture. It had sauna facility, no lift but staircase was enough for us. Loved the room, aircond was already on before our arrival which was a very nice gesture(it’s summer month). everything worked well and nicely designed, separate shower and toilet just not bright enough. Bathtub outside of shower room made the ambiance fancy and classy. Scooter rental available with good price, eateries and cafes around, no hassle. It’s highly competitive with the price we paid for this stay, low price with high quality. Thank you

A newly refurbished hotel; all the facilities seem very new and worked well. A friendly welcome at reception and we were then shown to a really well furnished room on the top floor. The satellite tv system was excellent ; good range of English channels helped me catch up with international news events. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was lovely. Everything is so new and really works well. Breakfast was good with a range of local items to try and a good range of eggs - my omelette was delicious. Would definitely recommend.

GGuest UserWe had an amazing stay at this resort!! We loved the view, the house, the pools, the food, we loved everything. We would definitely come back here if we are in Vietnam.
Also our little kid (1year) loved it there as well, it is very child friendly.
The breakfast was amazing and the people were very helpful and kind. Also the communication was super easy!

GGuest UserAmazing stay at Vinpearl Hue. The staff was amazing ( all the front desk employee , the concierge was really helpful since we wanted to have some info for the imperial city. Pool attendants both amazing and really attentionned to small details). Vinpearl was one of our highlights of our trip ! Room was really clean and the view was incredible . Nice sky bar. Truly a 5 stars hôtel with the small attentions they give you!

Very quiet, the hotel staff is super enthusiastic, it is very new and perfect, and there are some free massage services. Although I didn't use them, I still felt at home.
The hotel rents a small motorcycle, which is very convenient for going around Hue.

The very efficient, polite and friendly staff provide a perfect service. Comfortable, spacious and very pleasant rooms. Plentiful, well attended breakfast with an very satisfying and complete choice of food options. Big, beautiful and very pleasant pool. The staff kindly but firmly make sure the rules are respected to keep the place quiet and pleasant for everybody. The complimentary 30 minutes spa therapy is a pleasant plus. Kindly upgrade on my second stay. Nothing to fault this lovely place really. Thank you Xin Chao for the kind supervision of my reservation and stay. Looking forward to my next stay at the wonderful Pilgrim Village.

The staff here truly went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. From the warm welcome at check-in to the personalized attention throughout my stay.
Every interaction was met with professionalism and genuine hospitality.
Special thanks to a jiejje whom gave me borrow her helmet in 2 days and a gege gave us borrow his iPhone charger at midnight.

GGuest UserQuiet, comfortable old fashioned hotel, with carpeted corridors, large rooms, very comfortable twin beds that were more like doubles and a lovely breakfast. We had four nights here, slept well, 20 mins walk to town along a beautiful riverside walk, lovely coffee shops and local cafes in the area - yet far enough out of town to be far from the noise and late night revellers. It is possible to cycle to the Imperial City and the hotel offer free bikes upon request. Most interesting place and we would recommend as a no frills , great value , quiet hotel with a feel of a by gone era ....the pool was lovely for a dip but smaller in reality than the photos suggest! A great city break hotel overall with bathrobes, flipflops, bathroom amenities,safe and good range of TV channels, including movies provided. It had everything we needed and more!

GGuest UserI stayed on the 3rd floor. I booked a Superior Room through Trip.com and somehow when I arrived they assumed I had used another platform. I didn't mind, as long as they arrange the room that I had booked. The room was different, it was on the first floor and it didn't have a balcony. After I told them I had booked a room with a balcony they took me to the 3rd floor to a room that was noticeably smaller. I didn't mind because I was just visiting a friend and I was going to use the room just for sleeping and working online. The wifi signal is low so it disconnects all the time, at least it did in my balcony room on the 3rd floor.
My booking included buffet breakfast and it was good. They offered a combination of Western and local dishes and a variety of drinks. However, when I checked out they couldn't find my reservation. Lobby staff handed me the bill and it took me about 10-15 minutes to convince them while showing them my emails from Trip.com that the room had been already paid.
My recommendation is that if you're going to stay with them and you plan on driving around Hue, stay there! Its location is excellent and they have a parking spot for your motorbike. There are many options for restaurants, local food, shops and such nearby the hotel even if you're going to be moving by Grab. I loved the location and the food was good.

AArcherName774The location is a bit remote from the main streets, but it is within a 10 minute motorcycle ride. It is truly a homestay, there is an auntie who lives there full time, who is relatively friendly. It is shown in the pictures, but I didn't notice that the bed doesn't have a proper frame, it basically lies on the floor on a wooden pallet, but the mattress is decent. The room has lots of electronic devices, such as a dehydrator and an insect killer. The TV is huge. The bathroom experience is also good. The huge issue I had, that made my experience poor is a curtain, that doesn't properly close the window, so it's possible to clearly see the room from the yard. The management provided a makeshift half-solution, and assured me they will fix it in future, but I share my experience. There are some other small issues that should be fixed, but after they complete I think guests should have a good stay.

GGuest UserThe lovely owner Quy and his wife absolutely bent over backwards to look after me during my stay here. A few examples: I couldn’t find a DMZ tour that was running, so Quy organised a trip with a friend of his by private car for a very reasonable price. I bought a bus ticket to Hoi An and the bus company rang the hotel to cancel- by the time I found out about it, the owners had already been on the phone trying to find me an alternative. I could not have asked for a better experience, thank you so much Quy and your lovely family for making me so welcome. I should also say that the room was lovely and extremely clean, plus it was in a great location. I would recommend Canary Boutique to anyone but particularly solo travelers as the level of care I got here absolutely floored me. Would give them 11/10 if I could!
