Very friendly, courteous and helpful staff. Breakfast was good. Their advice and help in arranging tours was super. Large room. There is an elevator. Located close to many restaurants. It was about 2 km to the Citadel (walking). Sleeper bus drop off was about an 500 meter walk. Breakfast (besides the normal items) included either eggs or soup. We chose eggs cooked to order.

The staff are helpful. The location is good which is near the walking street.

A lovely hotel in a central area, just by the water. Although central, quiet at night. Excellent reception staff and good breakfast. Clean rooms and comfy bed. Recommended.

I arrived before check-in time, but I was able to check in without any problems. The friendly reception staff made me feel good. The room was nice, with a nice desk, air conditioning, water pressure, etc. Everything was good. The breakfast was also really varied and delicious. I will visit again next time.

Obviously the people in charge of the restaurant for breakfast have not had hygiene training. I have seen several things that are frankly not normal and shocking, such as for example: a customer tastes her glass of juice and does not find it cold enough and speaks to the waitress who takes her glass and pours the rest of the glass into the carafe. , mix before filling the customer's glass and place the carafe at the disposal of the other clints. Cloth napkins unfolded by customers and folded into small hats and put back on the table for the following customers... Placemats used to wipe the table and then put back...

Excellent service from Gai and Tuoi and the rest of the team. We stayed here for 2 nights and the reception staff were always very helpful in recommending and organising activities for us, such as the dragon boat traditional music experience. Rooms were clean and well air conditioned. Would come again!

Stayed for only one night on our way down further south. The bedroom was clean, and had a mini fridge with cheaply priced water and beer. The wifi was excellent, and the shower irked perfectly. The staff were also very friendly here. We had breakfast included with our stay which we very much enjoyed - the fried rice was delicious, and they cooked eggs to order. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Hue! It’s also a really good location, only a short walk from a lovely street with a few bars.
