Hôtel Mercure Nantes Centre Gare Reviews

We stayed here for 3 nights, this is part of our business travel and the staying was good! Reception desk was very helpful and we had great breakfast services there! It is good experience to stay at Nantes, the location was just cross the door to the train station. perfect location. Meanwhile the living room is equipped with a lot of shared space for co-working, perfect!

I checked in and when I went to the room I was assigned, there was somebody already in there! So I had to go back down with all my things to get another room. Also there was a guy who was drunk or mentally unstable (or both) in reception who was bothering guests (including me) and the staff did not do anything to get rid of him. Once I finally got my own room it was small but comfortable & clean enough, although the double bed was in fact two singles pushed together, so the bed was not as comfortable as it could be and would be bad for couples. Overall I was disappointed by the experience.

Great location but the room is very small. The room does not equip with USB outlets. When I checked in, the front desk gave me a room that was not yet cleaned. They later gave me another room and a drink voucher as compensation.

The location is very good, next to the train station, 10 minutes walk from the Castle of the Dukes of Brittany, and convenient for eating. The only regret is that the Wi-Fi didn't work on the first day, but it worked inexplicably on the second day.

Very noisy environment, mediocre breakfast for a four-star hotel, with moldy grated carrots, little choice in terms of nuts and seeds, and rooms not at all four-star standard, in short for me it's more of a three-star hotel.

The service is rather stiff, the facilities are average, and it is next to the train station, with convenient transportation. Very clean, the room overlooks the church and the river

非常不錯的酒店，就在南特站南廣場，位置優越，周邊交通便利，便利店餐廳都有，步行到市區也很方便，酒店早餐也不錯。

非常好，各方面。緊鄰火車站，步行至Commerce或是布列塔尼公爵堡都很近。島機公園也不遠。
