Huge, clean room not far from the seafront and the night market. No front desk but a short call to the owner and he explained the process. Very easy.

Good experience overall. The place did smell like smoke in the corridors but not in our room. Check in is easy as you call and they let you know the door code and for you to get your key. Everyone was friendly. The bathroom was great and the shower had great pressure.
