Good location and very convenient to restaurants. The noise from the nightclubs nearby may be a bit loud.

We stayed here for 4 nights, the staff here are really sweet, humble and friendly! But the amenities are really bad, the toilets are so worn out, the air conditioning is so bad, we were sweating out during the nights and they couldn’t do anything about it because the other villas were fully booked. The breakfast was ok, they sent it to our villa and we got to choose what we want the night before. They really need to upgrade the place with better amenities, we can’t blame the staff. The area was conveniently located in the city area. But otherwise it was subpar.

Best with vehicle. You may grab in and out. Overall so much love for the place with beatiful sunrise.

Location is good but Hotel is a bit inside with limited vegetarian options

A lot of mosquitoes in the room, facilities abit run down. Shower knob spoil, breakfast bread was solid as a rock. Dead bugs in the pool, bathtub was filthy. Toilet weak flush. The only saving grace was the front desk, still serve with a great smile even though we check in close to midnight

Was a nice place, in a good location. Breakfast was not that good, but there are nice places around to eat. They also dont have running hot water throughout the day and especially at night.

Stayed in room 6. The pub opposite was very loud in the early morning. If you like quiet, I don’t recommend it. In addition, around 6 o’clock in the morning, there was the sound of collecting glass bottles, which was super loud! Not recommended if you like quietness! Breakfast can be delicious, or you can choose your own. The water in the swimming pool is very chlorine-smelling, so remember to flush it again when you get out!

Very satisfied. New facilities. Big room. Living room has a sofa bed. We were three people staying. We could sleep on the sofa bed as soon as we made it up. It was moderately hard and soft. Only 200,000 more per person was charged, including toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers, coffee cups. The breakfast was rich. The waffles were delicious. You can enjoy it directly in the room. You can also pay 100,000 for the floating pool breakfast. There is also a hot tub in the swimming pool. You can soak in the hot water to get rid of the cold after a good swim. It's perfect. The best thing is that there is a TV in the swimming pool. You can watch TV while taking a bath. There is also a door in each room. This is very important. If it rains heavily or is hot, you can choose to close the door. The best room has a timer that sprays fragrance. The scent of lemongrass. I like it very much. The villa is in the seminyak area. The hotels are more upscale than those in Kuta. The only thing is that there is no lobby. It is just a small room. But the indoor private pool villa is very comfortable

This is my first ever review, I don’t think it’s fair to bag a place as it’s someone’s business . 1. Dirty .2.Staff were annoying 3. I had a scratch on my knee and when I went to bed some blood landed on the sheets . I apologied but then they tried to charge me 900000 rupiah , that’s $90 aus dollars to replace the sheet !! Then asked us to pay cash Also, too noisy and way too expensive for what it is ….

The only two thing good about this hotel is that it is situated at a good location and the interior is nice other than that everything else was very bad. First, the pool in the villa is the highlight but the filters dont work thus the water is not clean and you cant use it. In our 3 nights here, we could not use the pool once. Breakfast is very mediocre, we paid the highest a night here from all our stays in Bali and the quality of breakfast was the lowest. During day, you will hear construction sounds. During night, music noise for nearby clubs. For almost 24 hours, the telephone didn’t work, had to walk to the reception for anything required. We also feel the hotel is understaffed. The staff is also rude, when we requested them to get an early breakfast and followed up for the same the staff actually hung up the phone on my face, so all in all I will rate this as a 1 only because the room was pretty.

The villa we stayed was great fort we were in Villa 2 which at night you can hear the music from the night clubs around. They ended up moving us to Villa 12 they have the same set out and is more quieter at night. Recommend for a couple and easy walking distance to Seminyak square
