"這是我們第二次入住小馬鹿蜀酒店，前年的時候來過一次，這次是追逐着上次美好體驗過來的，但是，這次，是最後一次了，以後不會來了。 首先，酒店旁邊沒有專門的停車場，是和小鎮的業主一起的，沒有找到旁邊的停車位，衹能把車停到坡上的都是石子的停車場，讓開了一個多小時女司機感覺很不好。 第二，酒店的遊樂設施不少，但都兩年了，絲毫沒有更新。我們是二帶二，酒店衹提供一個孩子的小童城堡的票，好，58元買了一張（國家都放開三胎了，確定這樣合理嗎？），買完以後小童城堡的服務員告訴我，所有的票衹能當天使用（31號，1號就要收費），酒店第一天的下午兩點才可入住，第二天的中午退房，這是一天一宿，這麼收費不合理吧。其實，不在多少錢，服務人員的態度和這些細節部分讓人很不舒服。 第三，酒店晚上是沒有晚飯的，得需要去旁邊酒店或者業主食堂吃飯。早上的自助時間很長，7:00-10:00，樣式嘛，也算都有，但是椅子實在是太涼了，前台門口那兒開着暖風，裡邊要涼死了。 第四，陽台的椅子沒有擦，坐了一屁股土，遭到小朋友的吐槽。電視是普通的數字電視，可以更新啦！ 第五，好的方面也不少。房間面積大，二帶二沒問題，尤其是衞生間的設定，有矮的洗漱台，上廁所的輔助椅，小朋友的專門淋浴，奶牛的很可愛，對小朋友很友好。 最後，我想親子酒店不光是有很多的所謂的小童設施，也是服務上的關懷親切與温暖，和酒店管理上的一些細節，是吐嘈，也是一位媽媽的真實建議。"
