Nina Hotel Causeway Bay

Wan Chai and Causeway Bay
My stay at the hotel started with a few hiccups, but I’m genuinely impressed and incredibly grateful for how the team handled the situation. From the moment I raised my concerns, the staff showed genuine care and urgency in addressing everything. A special shoutout to the hotel manager (Nelson), Emily, and to Tim — both were exceptionally attentive, professional, and kind throughout. What truly stood out to me was how committed they were to ensuring I had a positive experience. Their recovery efforts went above and beyond what I expected. While this is a 4-star hotel, the level of service I received felt every bit like a 5-star VIP experience. It’s clear that the team takes great pride in their hospitality, and it made a real difference. Thank you again for turning things around and making my stay not just comfortable, but memorable. I would happily return and recommend this hotel to others.

Kwun Tong Area
Location of the hotel is close to the Ngau tau kok mtr station , only have to go up and down the stairs, no escalator or lift, difficult in carrying heavy things . In industrial area , night time dark , nothing there . there’s one fruit seller selling fruit with very good prices , from hotel exit to left , nearby Mc Donald. One station further kwun tong MTR station a lot of activities, though nothing busy compared to Tsim Sha tsui or Causeway Bay .

Southern
Nina Island South feels like home! I have stayed in Nina hotel group for some years now and am especially fond of the Nina Island South! Facilities are unquestionably great but what makes everything different was the super helpful and friendly staff! During this stay as I entered the room, I found the door handle was loose and that the toiletries were replaced with a new brand of new scent. Needless to say the door handle was a bit of security concern, but it’s funny coz I didn’t realise I got so used to the toiletry scent from all my previous stays in Nina that the scent almost somehow signifies the hotel for me. And having the scent replaced by the new toiletries felt like something was missing in the stay! So I enquired about the door fixing and whether I could get the toiletries from the past. The friendly and helpful operator lady, Fiona quickly send technicians (bear bear who is professional and polite!) and fixed our security concern in a blink of an eye! She also explained the new set of toiletries was implemented a few months back under Nina brand while being understanding of how the new brand made me feel unfamiliar. Then she kindly and promptly confirmed with the help of respective staff that old stocks were still available and have staff玉梅 deliver 5 bottles to my room straight away. I was very impressed with the gesture of taking my enquiry seriously, taking prompt actions and taking extra steps to have guest feel like home. Of course it wouldn’t have done without help from other staff including Julia, Chris, Sammy, Jimmy, Jeff, as well as Cathy’s superb leadership. Would definitely revisit

Nina Hotel Tsuen Wan West

Tsuen Wan
The location is excellent as it is linked to MTR and several shopping malls. We have no lack of food choices. There is a direct bus service (A31) from the airport that terminates next to the hotel. However, there are a few drawbacks 1. There is no ramp from the rear door from the bus terminal to the hotel. There are a few steps. This could be replaced by a gentle ramp. I believe that the ramp was in the original plan but not properly constructed. This could easily be rectified. 2. For the room type that I picked, there is a large glass that divides the bathroom from the room. However, when the toilet was used at night, the light shone into the room. 3. There is a motion sensor light outside the toilet, and it can not be turned off. 4. Some unknown insects bit me and my daughter. 5. Some parts of the building need maintenance. See the lift door picture that shows the rust on the doors.
