The service from the concierge and reception staff were excellent. They were cheerful, helpful, detailed and patient. Provided good recommendations. Very happy with their service.
Nina Hotel Causeway Bay

Wan Chai and Causeway Bay
Still one of our fave hotels as it is in our old neighbourhood, with great food and amenities nearby. Location is fab as it is near enough to Causeway Bay to walk, and yet on the quieter side. Our room on the 18th floor was a good size, with a view towards Victoria Park. The beds were comfortable, and wifi was strong. Housekeeping was done daily. Filtered water was available from a machine at the end of the corridor. The bathroom was typically HK/China, in that you bathe while standing in the bathtub. There was some wear and tear here eg loose tap handle but that is easily rectified. Lifts can be a tad slow at busy times so factor that in if you are in a hurry.

The most impressive staying with the hotel was the staffs have been really thoughtful even though we said it was okay if they put us in the different floor as we're a group of friends. Esp, Julia, the receptionist... I think she have been putting up with us a lot. But I do appreciate all of your help. All staffs were really helpful, lovely and smiley!!!

This hotel is in good location. It’s easy to find and restaurants are not far from the hotel. The rooms are ok. The linens need to be replaced or cleaned with a higher grade of detergent because they have a off-putting smell. The bed is hard. The water pressure is good but house keeping needs to be more thorough. The area around the toilet and the corners of the room were not tidy. It’s a good hotel for a night but I would not stay longer than that.
Nina Hotel Tsuen Wan West

Tsuen Wan
The hotel was huge, we were on the 67th floor and had a view to die for. At first, it seemed a bit inconvenient to go from one elevator, ground Fl to 41st fl only to walk around the corner to take the higher level elevators to the 67th fl. We very soon adjusted to it though. The connecting malls were very convenient and massive with lots of choices of food. Then there’s the local street walking outside that was filled with small local restaurants too, mostly non-English speaking though. We enjoyed our stay at Nina’s for 5 nights. Will definitely return in future.
