Have stayed here a few times. Still don't like the fact that they oblige you to buy bottled water instead of providing water dispensers or filtered water. This service can be provided at a nominal cost with dispensers in the lobby or better on each floor if providing in each room seems too expensive. Another strange anomaly from this latest C.trip booking - when I checked-in the hotel informed that the advance payment made by me to C.trip for the room was only for the room and did not include taxes. They made me pay taxes separately at the time of check-in. Plus, as a Club member of the hotel I was expecting the usual late check-out but they said late check-out for Club HP members is applicable only for direct hotel bookings. For the same booking via C.trip the late check-out cost me an extra HKD 300. I was getting the same price from hotel website and C.trip but it seems opting for C.trip eventually turned out much more expensive for me. Probably my fault as I did not read the fine print carefully that unlike my previous booking for the same hotel, this time the C.trip did not include taxes. Sometimes they give you a price with taxes and sometimes without taxes included. A bit sneaky I must say but my bad from having missed reading it carefully. BTW the view from the room was spectacular - see attached pic. I guess I got lucky with a nice room upgrade at check-in - thanks to the check-in staff. I can't thank her by name as their name badge just said ”trainee”. :-)

The hotel boasts a fantastic ambiance, offers excellent value for money, and provides impeccable service. Lobby Manager Desmond, noticing we were traveling with family, proactively upgraded us to a family suite free of charge, which made for a wonderful start to our Hong Kong trip. A bus stop is conveniently located right below the hotel, making it incredibly easy to get around, and the MTR station is also within easy reach. A special thank you to Desmond! We'll definitely stay here again on our next visit to Hong Kong and have already highly recommended it to our friends.

Having enjoyed a fantastic stay at the Shangri-La Hotel in Shenzhen two days prior to my arrival in Hong Kong, I naturally gravitated towards a Shangri-La property, choosing the Kerry Hotel. The hotel boasts a grand lobby, and for enhanced security, access to guest floors requires a key card. The cleanliness throughout was also exceptional. I booked a double sea-view room, and its floor-to-ceiling windows offered direct, panoramic views of the entire Victoria Harbour. Just below the hotel is a beautiful waterfront promenade, perfect for a leisurely stroll to the Avenue of Stars and K11, both within a mere 2-kilometer walk. The lobby service was superb, completely shattering the stereotype of cold, impersonal service often associated with Hong Kong hotels. Restaurants are conveniently located just off the lobby corridor, with prices comparable to external establishments, not inflated. Unfortunately, I had only booked for one night and was unable to extend my stay as there were no rooms available. The next day, I moved to a nearby Bay Apartment Hotel, which simply couldn't compare to the Kerry. That hotel only changed its bedsheets every three days – absolutely disgusting! And its room rate was only HKD 300 less than the Kerry. Seriously, avoid that place!

Unfortunately, I always seem to get insect bites whenever I stay at this hotel, and this visit was no exception. The newer hotel tower offers genuinely beautiful and pleasant views. Check-out is half an hour earlier than standard. Citing their policy of not providing single-use plastic-packaged amenities, they don't offer a shower cap or toothbrush (though slippers are available). Bottled water also isn't provided and must be purchased. Overall, I'd say just try to enjoy your stay and don't pay too much attention to the staff's attitude. Given the value for money, it's still somewhat worthwhile!

Right beside the new Kaitak stadium. In between Song Wong Toi and Kaitak station. A little further in, so about 10-15minutes walk from either side of the station. There are shuttles provided from Airside to the hotel, but every half an hour schedule.
Swimming pool and indoor gyms all included, very new facilities, and nice environment. Rooms are relatively big compared to the hotel rooms in touristy spots.
Only things I wanted to complain about were the central air conditioner and the pillows. The AC was too loud too noisy, rattling engine parts noises at night. The pillows were too soft, and flattens easily when used. Mum and I weren’t able to get some proper sleep due to the loud noises from the AC. The rooms sound proof was a little low as well, could literally hear next door’s television playing.
Other than the above everything was very nice. The hall way provided water machine and ice dispenser, very environmental friendly.

The room is okay. Not so big but it’s clean. The thing is that the water in the faucet in the lavatory is too slow. Hope they will fix it. These are the photos outside our window.

Very clean and spacious, especially per HK standard where space is a luxury. The price is very fair for the comfortable stay. The outdoor pool is huge and well maintained. I would not hesitate to recommend.

The room was very clean. The air conditioning was sufficient. The room price included a fan in addition to the air conditioning, which was very considerate. I only turned on the fan when I slept at night. I am also very grateful to the merchant for allowing me to check in early. Very enthusiastic store owner

It's really beyond our expectation! Hotel located in quite a good area, walking distance to MTR, many bus stops around the hotel. You can easily walk to Kai Tak Stadium directly from hotel so recommended for those who visit for the concerts/ other events purposed.

EE…Great place to stay. The rooms are clean and fresh. They provided towels and check in was a breeze. Location is very convenient for the bus and train station. There is a bar just 8mins walking from the hotel. Will definitely stay here again.

GGuest UserAll in all, I think there are better hotels to stay. Apartment is really small, which is normal in Hongkong, but I don’t recommend travellers with huge suitcases to stay here as you will not be able to walk after opening just one normal sized suitcase. In terms of toiletries, we were given disposable towels, supposedly eco friendly but I would rather they not cheap out on this for a better experience. Good for a quick night stay as it is very near to the Ho Man Tin train station. Oh one thing to note is that, the hotel is situated in a district where all the surrounding shops sell funeral related products. If you are not comfortable, probably not the best choice.

HH-LuongThe hotel room is nice and big. The beds are large single beds either king single or double bed.
The hotel staff are polite and friendly. They let us check in early at 11am after our long 15 hour flight. Maybe subject to availability.
The room service is good they cleaned our rooms, new toothbrushes and towels daily. The beds were made everyday.
2 minor issues were strong smoke in corridors but probably bc bad guests smoking illegally and no water bottles provided. The lack of water bottles is due to HK regulations to reduce waste due to tourism. But we still bought bottled water anyways so how did the regs benefit the planet?
