Hotels in North Point and Quarry Bay, Hong Kong

Clean and location is near mtr and restaurants. Room a bit too small. A bit noisy, sounds like staying at airport. Perhaps flight path to airport without double glazed windows at higher floors.

The hotel and its neighbourhood made our stay feels like home! Even we are from Hong Kong, just a getaway trip for the weekend. The location of the hotel is very convenient close to the MTR station, surrounded by many local restaurants and supermarket. Staff are welcoming and friendly. The gym is fantastic, opens 24-hours, with sea view. Good variety of the machines are available. Haven’t got chance to use the infinity pool but it looks cool! Love the “explore North Point” programme that allows visitors to follow the guide, trying some local food with the voucher. It was fun! As a hongkonger we had so much fun to explore and try new things! Would definitely visit again. Highly recommend this hotel for tourists!

Super good serviced apartment, already considered very cost-effective in Hong Kong. The service is also very good, cleaned regularly, and problems will be solved at any time.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights, and unfortunately, my experience was not very positive. The only real advantage was that the room was clean, but beyond that, there were several issues. First, there was mold on the bathroom walls, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel of this chain. Second, the overall condition of the room was quite worn-out— the furniture and walls looked tired, and it was clear that the place needed some renovations. The windows were dirty, which ruined the view, and the lighting in the room was so dim that it felt like being in a constant twilight, even in the evening.

I was surprised because wasn't expecting we will stay in a suite room 😃it' very nice and spacious..you could still see a bit part of harbour view.. it was a great experience and looking forward for another stay soon..highly recommended 😃😊

It was a cold evening when we arrived as a late check in returning from China Trip, the Staff are super nice and courteous, we are being upgraded to a family room as shown on photos thou just 2 people living for the night, the other connecting room overlooking sea view with the sofa. Amenities are good enough, I m So used to shower caps as it’s not provided in most hotel (HK Law go green no use of plastic) the rest of the basic amenities are all provided ! The stay is very pleasant! Thumbs up 👍

I don't believe this hotel deserves a four-star rating. There are only three elevators, which often become quite crowded. I had to skip a few and wait for a less busy one. Additionally, the swimming pool is currently closed. Being an older building, the water pressure is not very good; I imagine it’s challenging to provide hot water to the higher floors. The air conditioning seems to be malfunctioning, as it blows out cold air instead of heating. Overall, the hotel feels quite outdated and could benefit from a thorough cleaning. I didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on that aspect. On the positive side, the hotel is conveniently located about a ten-minute walk from the North Point subway station. There is a 24/7 check-in desk, which I appreciated since I arrived at 4 AM. However, my room was quite cold, so I requested an extra blanket, and they promptly provided one.

The hotel did nothing wrong. They followed normal procedures but could not provide any further service/help, which makes me feel bad about this experience. There’s no assistance in early checkin. I was planning to check in earlier to decorate the room for my girlfriend’s birthday surprise, but they were unable to offer any help. Even it is mentioned birthday celebration, There is no upgrade of room (tho it’s not mandatory service), but just only one very small “test tube size” red wine… I feel disappointed for I expect more for a $1300 4.5 star hotel.

The location is a bit remote but there are many delicious restaurants around. The room facilities and size are very good in Hong Kong. It is a good choice if you have high requirements for the living environment. The toothbrush is very bad, like a shoe brush. The floor-to-ceiling windows of the residential building opposite are useless, and the curtains cannot be opened, so the privacy is not very good. Gold card holders have the right to delay check-out. I called the front desk and was told that the room was full and I could not delay check-out. I asked if it could be delayed for about half an hour. The front desk told me that the check-out time was 12 o'clock. I checked that Ctrip could still book a room that day and it was not full. I did not bother with the hotel and checked out on time. The breakfast was very bad. It is recommended to eat nearby.
