The location is perfect for the cost. Walkable to the busy Mongkok area and nearest MTR station is Olympic about 10 mins walk.
The local area is authentic local with local eateries and plenty of shops that close late, if you want 24 hrs Mac that is opposite the hotel.

The hotel is in a very good location, just at Exit C of Prince Edward Station, very close to Sham Shui Po and Mong Kok, and convenient for travel. The room is also very quiet. For Hong Kong, the room is very large, and a large suitcase can be spread out without any pressure. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the shower room is also very large. Disposable items are provided, and there are some free instant coffee and tea. Free Coke is no longer provided. It is safer to swipe a card to go upstairs.
The pharmacy downstairs sells Yibao for 10 yuan for 4 bottles. Overall, it is really good and cost-effective!

Cleanliness 5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟housekeeping service was Excellent, very exceptional for a 3 star hotel.
🌟🌟🌟Location is very old neighbourhood but good overall offering of HK food. Notice more mentally unsound older people in this neighbourhood, mostly talking or shouting to themselves and occasional quarrel with people. Felt a bit uncomfortable and unsettling.
👎👎👎for their deposit policy where the directly debit HK$500 instead of a credit hold and reverse it out immediately when u checked out like other hotels. Especially was I particularly asked when checking in if the debit was a credit hold, she answered yes …. But upon checking out was told will have to take at least 4-8 weeks for amount to be credited back. If they had explained clearly I would have just given cash. The problem w HK service industry is not being proactive and meticulous, sometimes feels like “pulling teeth” experience. They only reply your queries IF you asked!
🌟🌟🌟🌟Room size expected cramped but bathroom was larger than expected and king bed & pillows were comfortable.

Value for money.
But the rooms 1st is the floor is still dirty, under the bed is dirty 2 is that they combine 2 single bed to become 1 big bed. Its difficult to sleep on the center of the bed because of the edge of the 2 single bed. And lastly i think there are bed bugs. Because my legs have many insects bites.

The place is very clean, The room is big for 8 pax, The individual closets are also inside the room and big enough to put your luggage just to bring your lock if you wanna feel secure. The bed is also very comfortable, and smells really great. very good to take back your energy from a whole day tour and lots of walking 😁. The staff are very accommodating and friendly I will definitely book again.
Location: perfect just 1 bus from hongkong airport. A23 or A21 fare is around 40hkd. Before you arrive at the hotel you will passby lots of interesting things to buy from apparel, food, 3C and many more really cheap.

Metroplace has the smallest rooms of a traditional hotel room that I've ever seen. I stayed in room 506 with two single beds. The beds are two very narrow single beds about one foot separating each other. The purpose of the one or two people at the front entrance is to provide the room and the room key. It is located four blocks from the A2 entrance or C2 entrance of the Sham Shui Po subway station. Also it is about 4 or 5 blocks from the Dragon Center, a Hong Kong style depar**ent store, 9 floors of many places to eat and shop. Metroplace Hotel is located right near the famous Hong Kong street vendors area. Cheapest, smallest rooms possible in an area of extremely expensive hotels.

An affordable option that avoids the hectic Mong Kok ***** nearby. Quiet, peaceful, conveniently located with shops for sandwiches, dumplings, and pastries nearby. A convenient walk to the subway station (Olympic), perhaps 7 minutes away with simple navigation.

GGuest UserReally good hostel! The owner and the staff are very welcoming and taking you around town as friends when possible. The cage dorm is a very interesting experience for a few days but make sure you book in advance as after I booked for a night, I found the entire room sold out a few days later down the line.

GGuest UserHotel accommodation experience: clean and comfortable, cost-effective choice!
This trip to Hong Kong chose this hotel, which was really a very satisfying experience!
First of all, the hotel environment is very clean and tidy, the room is spotlessly clean, and the bedding is soft and comfortable, which makes people feel at ease. The bathroom is also separated into dry and wet areas, with complete facilities, sufficient hot water, and good quality toiletries.
Secondly, the location of the hotel is very convenient. It only takes 7 minutes to walk from the subway station. There are also many restaurants and convenience stores around, which makes life very convenient.
What surprised me most was that the hotel’s cost-effectiveness is really high! It is really rare to live in such a clean and comfortable hotel at this price in this area. And the hotel’s service is also very considerate. The front desk boss is warm and friendly, and he also carefully prepared a conversion connector for us, which solved our urgent needs.
In short, this time I had a very pleasant experience staying at Jingjin Hotel, and I strongly recommend it to friends who come to Hong Kong for tourism!

GGuest Userpleasant staff and the hotel is super close to the sham shui po mtr station.. about 1 min walk. the area is convenient with many restaurants and some clothing market nearby. the room was clean with a pretty comfortable bed. the only downside was that the lock to my door was broken, so i couldn't lock my door when going outside. luckily for me, it wasn't important as i checked in late and i didn't need to go out anywhere that night.
