The hotel room is nice and big. The beds are large single beds either king single or double bed.
The hotel staff are polite and friendly. They let us check in early at 11am after our long 15 hour flight. Maybe subject to availability.
The room service is good they cleaned our rooms, new toothbrushes and towels daily. The beds were made everyday.
2 minor issues were strong smoke in corridors but probably bc bad guests smoking illegally and no water bottles provided. The lack of water bottles is due to HK regulations to reduce waste due to tourism. But we still bought bottled water anyways so how did the regs benefit the planet?

Harbour Plaza 8 degrees hotel was definitely value for money and convenient with their free shuttle bus from Kowloon West Station to the hotel and another drop-off location near the pier and Nathan road.
The hotel was very clean, staff friendly, and helpful. The 8 degrees Café' s charming seafood dinner buffet was a feast and had not only the best tasting seafood dishes but many more dishes, and it was delicious from start to finish! Would stay there again, any time!

Value for money. Room with ensuite toilet. Very small room and small toilet. Hotel is near a subway station. Many eating places nearby. Nothing to complain at this price in Hong Kong. If you are early, please note that luggage storage is chargeable even for less than 3 hours. Would be good if they can waive the short storage period.

Neat & clean, good AC ~~ super important in humid summer time. Also, the room was rather “dry” (mid-July).
I loved the location with plenty of small places to eat around, including the dying out 茶餐廳 and now my fav “desert shop” 活記甜品館 on To Kwa Wan Str.
Super close to MTR To Kwa Wan & bus stop (incl. airport bus A22) to take you all possible directions.

Interesting spot in a nice and busy district, and the rooms are gorgeous. The staff, moreover, is more than accommodating, and the beds are super comfortable. Very much do I recommend.

One particular lady at the reception has major attitude issue. I asked for a simple gesture but ended up asking her to call a manager then it was resolved.

2.Ok location
3.Shuttle to mtr every 30 minute/ however on return to hotel route we couldnt find the bus even though we were on time.
4.Breakfast is decent but once its 10:30am they literally take everything away including coffee mugs lol. So get there early i guess.
Cons:
1. The employees seemed to have a little attitude problem maybe this is a hong kong thing? For example you cant even leave your baby cart for 30 seconds in common area or else they will find you and require you to put it in a “designated” area even though its literally not in anyones way lol. I noticed a few things that made no sense for a hotel of this star rating.
The mini bar is a joke (see photo).
There was no luggage rack, so my suitcase had to be put on the bed to use it.
The safe in the room is not secured down, so anyone could walk in and walk away with the safe.
I don't like dealing with the virtue signaling people who are still wearing masks, and when I asked the girl to remove it so I could see her face while checking in, she refused. When I spoke to a manager about this, he said that they allow the staff to do what they like. Must be the only business in the world that would allow such a thing.

The location is very convenient, Yau Ma Tei subway station A1 Exit to see... The front desk service is very good, the room and bathroom are big enough! There is no wardrobe and refrigerator, disposable towels and sheets are safer ／ health!

The triple room is small, but the layout is reasonable and the suitcase can be opened.
The front desk lady can communicate in Mandarin and enthusiastically recommends nearby attractions and food.
It is recommended to contact the hotel in advance to check in. If you go directly, you may have to wait for the room to be cleaned.

It was a special day, with hotel rates across Hong Kong jacked up two or three times their normal rate. After much hesitation, I finally decided to rent a place at 10 PM. I saw a room with a name I hadn't visited yet and it was only 800.
After checking in, I was struck by the beautiful bathroom.

GGuest UserAll in all, I think there are better hotels to stay. Apartment is really small, which is normal in Hongkong, but I don’t recommend travellers with huge suitcases to stay here as you will not be able to walk after opening just one normal sized suitcase. In terms of toiletries, we were given disposable towels, supposedly eco friendly but I would rather they not cheap out on this for a better experience. Good for a quick night stay as it is very near to the Ho Man Tin train station. Oh one thing to note is that, the hotel is situated in a district where all the surrounding shops sell funeral related products. If you are not comfortable, probably not the best choice.

But the service of this youth hostel is the most I have ever seen! difference! of!
Without prior notice, I changed my bed without permission, because the one where I lived was suddenly renovated. Rearranged a room I didn't like at all, without windows.
As a result, my luggage was moved without authorization, and my slippers were lost. . . That pair of slippers followed me for a year, you know one year! Have feelings!
Therefore, customers are not respected at all.
In addition, the others are good. The location is very convenient in Tsim Sha Tsui. It's fast everywhere.
(Taobao, Ctrip, I generally don't bother to evaluate, unless I encounter a particularly bad one, such as this one. There is no respect for customers. Make your own.)

DD BunkerSituated in the New Reclamation street near the fruit market off Yau ma tei Kowloon the hotel is in the heart of a district of fine traditional eating and a flourish of South Indian shops and restaurants. The hotel rooms are not too small but most are decorated with large bathrooms with handicapped- persons in mind and are therefore worth an extra thumbs up.
