Hong Kong Eastern District Hotels

Karen (Li?) has been exceptionally helpful during our 2 visits.  It was our first time in Hong Kong, we don't know Cantonese, we had many questions, and Karen's recommendations for activities (food, shopping) were very good. We love the hotel and we strongly recommend to others. We will surely come again.

The hotel and its neighbourhood made our stay feels like home! Even we are from Hong Kong, just a getaway trip for the weekend. The location of the hotel is very convenient close to the MTR station, surrounded by many local restaurants and supermarket. Staff are welcoming and friendly. The gym is fantastic, opens 24-hours, with sea view. Good variety of the machines are available. Haven’t got chance to use the infinity pool but it looks cool! Love the “explore North Point” programme that allows visitors to follow the guide, trying some local food with the voucher. It was fun! As a hongkonger we had so much fun to explore and try new things! Would definitely visit again. Highly recommend this hotel for tourists!

We were very disappointed as previous stay with a lower class room we were given big room but this time we wanted to have even better so we selected the highest room category. by paying mush higher price by seeing the room pictures on the room details section with writing table and a chair etc and bigger moving area but unfortunately they gave us mush smaller room then last time even , so this is like misguiding the customers or cheating buy getting extra money . very very disappointed !!! look at the pictures

The room not quite big but can accommodate to two persons. It’s a bit far to HK Disneyland, but good thing it’s near and walkable to MRT station, and it’s a big plus in travelling using the daily transport, rather than spending much to taxis or cab. A lot of food stores and restaurants outside if you want to explore the foodstuff. Fresh towels provided daily and I kinda like it.

My stay at Ibis North Point from February 1 to February 2 was truly delightful! The hotel's prime location made exploring Hong Kong effortless, with the MTR station, trams, and bus stops just steps away. Check-in was efficient and hassle-free, with the staff being warm, professional, and always ready to assist. The room was cozy, spotless, and well-designed, making the most of the space while offering breathtaking harbor views. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Despite being compact, the bathroom was clean and functional, stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, perfect for both work and leisure. The breakfast buffet was a pleasant surprise, featuring a good mix of Asian and Western options, all fresh and tasty. For affordable comfort, convenience, and excellent service, Ibis North Point is an outstanding choice, and I would happily stay here again!

A Magical Upgrade Experience! 🌟 Just got back from the most incredible stay at! From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm and welcoming. To our surprise, we were upgraded to a stunning suite, and it completely transformed our trip! The beautiful views, spacious room, and luxurious amenities made us feel like royalty. It was a cold evening when we arrived as a late check in returning from China Trip, the Staff are super nice and courteous, we are being upgraded to a family room as shown on photos thou just 2 people living for the night, the other connecting room overlooking sea view with the sofa. Amenities are good enough, I m So used to shower caps as it’s not provided in most hotel (HK Law go green no use of plastic) the rest of the basic amenities are all provided ! The stay is very pleasant! Thumbs up 👍

I don't believe this hotel deserves a four-star rating. There are only three elevators, which often become quite crowded. I had to skip a few and wait for a less busy one. Additionally, the swimming pool is currently closed. Being an older building, the water pressure is not very good; I imagine it’s challenging to provide hot water to the higher floors. The air conditioning seems to be malfunctioning, as it blows out cold air instead of heating. Overall, the hotel feels quite outdated and could benefit from a thorough cleaning. I didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on that aspect. On the positive side, the hotel is conveniently located about a ten-minute walk from the North Point subway station. There is a 24/7 check-in desk, which I appreciated since I arrived at 4 AM. However, my room was quite cold, so I requested an extra blanket, and they promptly provided one.

I was surprised because wasn't expecting we will stay in a suite room 😃it' very nice and spacious..you could still see a bit part of harbour view.. it was a great experience and looking forward for another stay soon..highly recommended 😃😊

Excellent stay. The hotel is located right at Tai Koo station which made it very easy to get around. All the staff very extremely helpful and polite. The breakfast buffet has a lot of options and while I would say some of the food wasn’t as warm as I would have thought, it was delicious. I had drinks at Sugar on the 32nd floor - the staff were so friendly and checked in on me often with great recommendations. Would definitely recommend this hotel and stay again!
