Great location.Room is spacious enough for 3 Paax with 2 big luggage open up no problem. MTR is just 5 min away. Will be back. Thank you

The room is big for its price and location, but the room is not very clean.

Room was pretty large for Hong Kong. Dated furnishing but can’t complain at this price point. Great location, had fun travelling round using the tram which is only a short walk away.

A hurried and short stay. Served our purpose ~ short rest ~ very well. Curious to visit the executive lounge next time.

This hotel is undergoing partial refurbishment. The room looks new. Smells good. Nothing broken.

A11 drops you off at Gordon Street (3min walk away) from HKIA. The hotel is 5min walk away from Tin Hau MTR station. Room was spacious with ample space for opening lugguages, a desk and chair for eating-in, and enough space & hangers to hang 6 clothing items. Room service is daily, and the aircon is never off (good for me but not the environment 🤪). All in all, a good value hotel for about HKD600/night. It is clean and almost feels luxurious. Oh there are 3 elevators in this hotel.

Staff good and their breakfast and afternoon tea good 👏 I think selling a toothbrush and toothpaste at reception for 20HK$ is pretty poor and is a sad statement on the reality of Hong Kong hotels in the current macro economic climate

The location is extremely convenient, I couldn’t imagine the best area to stay in Hong Kong for my first experience here! The hotel is close to bus and subway stations. My hotel room view was 10 out of 10. Unfortunately, there was an incident with my personal belongings when a cleaning lady threw away my water bottles and tripod plastic bag. These items weren’t in the trash bin, I’ve never had such experience with any cleaning service that they take responsibility for throwing away their guests’ things. That incident worsened my impression of the hotel. I didn’t feel like my stuff would be safe and sound inside my hotel room. In general, the hotel is nice to stay in Hong Kong.

We booked the couple room, said high level but only at 9, can’t see anything. The carpet was not in a good condition. But they gave us wine and toy which was nice, we left the wine there.

The hotel location is really convenient. Lots of food places around. There’s a cozy local “cha chan teng” within walking distance. The hotel upgraded us from a standard queen room to a king size room too. Laundromats are many within walking distance.

Hotel was in a convenient location to access the Island Line. Check in was smooth. I was told I was upgraded but the room was still pretty small. The room facilities were what I would expect for the price I paid on a Friday night. The blind was not working today properly and I needed to call twice before a repair man came. Breakfast had a fair choice.

Location just a few min walk to Ding Ding Station also 7 min walk to MTR Tin Hao station. Surrounding with food stalls & shop. If you take the A11 bus from HK airport, remember to check with the hotel, which is the correct station to get off. Don't get off from 怡和 station. you need to walk very far.

A good hotel and the staff are very nice too, but there shouldnt be smoking in the rooms. The windows are sealed shut, as its a tall building, so once cigarette smoke gets into the air con system it will circulate to other rooms. Even a small amount is enough to wake me. They need to make the no smoking policy clearer. Its a problem in China. Otherwise a good stay though.
