Insane harbour view complimented by decent hotel services and a nice exquisite bar. They do, however, held my room deposit of nearly a grand for wayyyyy longer than the agreed terms. The front desk explained the deposit are expected to be returned in 7-8 working days, but it’s been a full month. I expect to kiss my deposit goodbye at this rate. So pay cash deposit, guys. Save yourself some troubles😥

Due to the location of the hotel, we only get a partial view of the Victoria harbour. There are plenty of nice restaurants nearby and the walk along the harbour is very relaxing.

Another shitty hotel in Hong Kong. Never again. Will not recommend to tourists and friends. Nothing good there. This hotel not deserves this franchise name.

The location is really hard to find and it's a long walk .... we waste ao much time finding this hotel that we supposed to explore already and the other thing where I booked the room I choose facing the harbour but the staff when I checked in says no harbour view at all so it's waste.

Strange shape of the room. It is dated inside.  Too pricy for a hotel at this level of facilities.

Aircon was cold, hot water on demand, water pressure was good. No complaints. Except my room fridge was not working which frustrated me a bit. It was room 329.

The management of the breakfast needs to be improved. Mandarin is the official language of Hong Kong and the female receptionist at breakfast told me she only knew English. I saw guests dining in hotel slippers, unmanaged.

Good location where many shops and restaurants around. Breakfast was averaged. ctrip and hotel are still holding deposit, despite of hotel bill was fully settled upon checked out. there will be lost from exchanges rate when bank credit/refund the deposits.

The hotel is aging, but it's overall ok. I didn't like that the curtains let in light, even at night. The bathroom sliding doors have gaps, so a lot of light comes out of the bathroom and you can see into the bathroom from the side. The toilets flush is noisy and not efficiently. The AC is a bit noisy but it works ok. To me the room had a slight smell. The location isn't really vert close to the TST East subway station. The service was friendly and responsive to any requests. The room provides 2 cans of water for free everyday.
