Location right in the center, just out from center noise. Great hotel for central travelers and business.

I initially made a silly mistake by booking the wrong dates, but the hotel was incredibly friendly and accommodating, helping me liaise with the booking platform to sort out the cancellation and next steps. My sincere thanks to both the hotel and the platform for their assistance! On the day of check-in, as I stepped out of the car, a smiling concierge outside the lobby immediately approached me and offered to help with my luggage. Another concierge promptly opened the door for me as I entered. Inside, the lobby manager warmly greeted me and asked if I was checking in, then guided me to the front desk. The front desk attendant was also incredibly friendly and efficient; the check-in process was lightning fast. Afterwards, she even personally led me to the elevator and waved goodbye enthusiastically. Before I even entered the room, I assumed it would be the room type I had originally booked. To my pleasant surprise, I was upgraded to a super deluxe suite! This was truly exceptional value for money. The view was absolutely stunning. The room itself was comfortable, cozy, and impeccably equipped with everything one could need. The location was also incredibly convenient; K11 was just a few steps downstairs, offering all the dining, entertainment, and shopping options you could ask for. I honestly couldn't fault a single thing. My gratitude also goes to all the lobby managers and concierges who assisted me that day. Next time I'm in Hong Kong, I will undoubtedly choose the InterContinental Grand Stanford Hong Kong again.

The location is just right at Tsim Sha Tsui. Great for walking and shopping around. The hotel is getting old, but the room is quite big. Comfortable bed.

Wow, choosing the InterContinental Hotel was truly a wise decision! The Victoria Harbour views were absolutely flawless. Even though we experienced a heavy downpour on our check-in day, it actually created a unique and memorable atmosphere. The hotel service was truly exceptional. Although we weren't able to get a twin room, the king-size bed in our room was more than spacious enough. One morning, when our older child was still sleeping, housekeeping still managed to clean the room, which was a huge plus! We felt completely comfortable leaving them and heading out for the day. The restaurant service was also excellent, and the food selection was incredibly varied and plentiful.

We booked a sea view room, and the view was spectacular. While the angle might have been slightly off, the scenery was still beautiful. It's just about a 10-minute walk to K11, the Avenue of Stars, and the MTR station, with plenty of nearby malls for dining. The service was also excellent; staff were quick to assist with luggage upon arrival. The front desk staff could communicate effortlessly in both Mandarin and English. I had initially read some reviews that made me think it would be an old hotel, but it turned out to be much better than expected, truly exceeding my expectations.

Our stay at the hotel was wonderful largely due to his excellent service fir us at the club lounge. I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

Everything was perfect 10 to 10. Very helpful staff. Very good location. The hotel's style was really cool, with a charming old-school boutique vibe that I absolutely loved. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

Splendid location and views over the harbour. room is relatively large and well set up for working remotely.

Everything was perfect There crew isn't cooperated with guest request I requested for small deco and pastry they just denied upon on requesting multiple times I wanted to pay as well but they didn't

Today is Friday and the rooms are almost fully booked. I'm very grateful to my colleagues Nina Zee, Yuka Zhong and Dim Wong for upgrading our suite for free and solving some problems for us. Thank you so much to all three of them! InterContinental Hotel is really a great hotel!

Insane harbour view complimented by decent hotel services and a nice exquisite bar. They do, however, held my room deposit of nearly a grand for wayyyyy longer than the agreed terms. The front desk explained the deposit are expected to be returned in 7-8 working days, but it’s been a full month. I expect to kiss my deposit goodbye at this rate. So pay cash deposit, guys. Save yourself some troubles😥

Due to the location of the hotel, we only get a partial view of the Victoria harbour. There are plenty of nice restaurants nearby and the walk along the harbour is very relaxing.
