Clean, they change the towell everyday but not clean the floor or change the bed sheet, you must to ask

If you're traveling solo and don't need a luxurious environment, but simply want a private, convenient, and affordable temporary stop in the bustling heart of Hong Kong where every inch of land is precious, then this place is definitely worth considering.

Hi this is specific place you have to be aware of that. Building is full of hostels. Every flor is different hostel. There is no name of hostel on the board. You have to go directly to 16th floor. In rush hour you will have to wait a bit for a lift, but generally I am aware for the price you can expect to much. Big advantage is clean room even though surroundings might say something else. The worst for us was fact that hostel lie in information provided for trip. Rooms doesn’t have 14 square meters , maximum is half of that. We should get room with another view. Generally for the price in Hong Kong it’s ok but do not be fool by information provided by hotel on Trip.com. If you are backpacker then I think you can manage but I will not recommend it for families or couples. What’s more we get room at 6th floor, Water drops from the air conditioners on higher floors were dripping onto our AC unit all night, so unfortunately, we couldn't get a good night's sleep.

I enjoyed the stay. Good value for price! The receptionists were helpful in any belongings. Thank you.

Business trip to Hong Kong. **Hygiene:** Pretty clean, but the disinfectant had a strong odor. **Environment:** The main highlight is the surrounding location and the secure door lock system. **Service:** The front desk staff were great – adaptable and polite when handling the deposit. **Facilities:** The website description is misleading. I'm 5'11" and my feet hit the end of the bed all night, causing me to wake up multiple times and get a poor night's sleep. (The website stated the room was 14 square meters, but including the bathroom, it was at most 5 square meters). I hope the hotel corrects this.

The location was very convenient, the service was amazing, the rooom was clean and with all necessities present.

They gave me a room on purpose with a Chinese guy, while they knew that he is really noisy and a dirty roommate. The room wasn’t that clean neither. Overall a shitty hostel, don’t recommend it at all

Clean and close to the Hollywood Walk of Fame, which is a plus.

Staff was very good room was clean and the receptionist what very friendly with us we like the room we stay here for night everything was good and the location is perfect and they do everyday housekeeping in the room

Absolutely terrible, a complete rip-off. I stayed there on May 1st and they tried to overcharge me during check-in, demanding extra money. Don't fall for their tricks, they have all sorts of scams.

My intention has been fully revealed. This is not a matter of money, but my right. I canceled it but refused to refund it. Don't avoid it, and if I reveal my intention, I will act accordingly. She said that I don't understand the total 110 Hong Kong dollar deposit due to tax, but she told me that this is Korean, don't you know? I showed my charging cable and asked for charging, saying that my phone only charges 1%, but at the reception, I started raising my voice, saying that I couldn't understand the story of the deposit, saying that I couldn't charge it. In the meantime, I tried to communicate using the interpretation application, but the phone was turned off at that moment. I asked for charging again, but I didn't accept it. I raised my voice in this part Without listening to my opinion at all, she showed me an interpreted screen, saying, "I don't understand the contents of the deposit tax," and again she mocked me, saying, "This is Korean, but I don't understand." While checking in, she heard someone talk to her on the phone. Maybe she was a guest trying to check in. He was wandering around on the sixth floor, and while someone was rushing her, he heard her hang up and say a little swear word, maybe she didn't feel good. I tried to understand that her mind was going to be hard, but the anger came back to me. When I raised my voice, she shouted, "Call the police." I asked to call because I wasn't at fault, and then another employee started mediating with me, and I stopped being angry for myself because I was tired from the long trip. It may not have been easy at this point, but if she had apologized to me, I would not have canceled it. But there was no apology, and I showed her the cancellation screen and agreed. This is the whole story of the incident, and when I took turns asking another guest, she told me that she was just an employee and that the big white man who was sitting next to me was the boss. I was surprised once more Under those circumstances, the white man had no intervention or explanation at all. I request the hostel! The cancellation is my intention, but admit that it is 100% of the problem with the hostel's response to make it so. And I ask for a refund. This amount is 25000 won in Hong Kong dollars, 150 dollars in Hong Kong dollars, 19 dollars in U.S. dollars, 2500 yen in Chinese yuan, 19 yuan in Indian rupees, 19 yuan in Indian rupees. I will skip it any more. This is not a matter of money, it is a matter of my pride. I know this message can be checked by you at the desk in real time. Make a clear decision at 30 minutes whether it is positive or negative. I ask again. Do not avoid it, but make an accurate decision. And I ask for a respectful apology.

The room was cleaned everyday. Even though the room was small, it was amazing value for money.

The front desk staff were very patient. The room was clean and the price was reasonable. A good hotel.
