It’s a hotel with impressive architecture and interior design, set within an ancient town. Surrounded by many specialty shops and eateries, it’s a must-visit in shenzhen! Staff are all very kind and polite, assisting us with our suitcases and recommendations, thank you~

We had the family room and we was very satisfied during our stay. Very clean and the staff was always helpful. Rich breakfast and as well good dining options. We had a great stay there and we would come again.

Our experience at Hyatt Centric is unforgettable! My partner and I celebrated our anniversary in HK and we booked this place for our last night in the city. During our stay, we ended up wishing that we booked more nights! The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating and the location was super convenient since the shops, MTR, and bus stops were just a walk away. We opted for in-room dining since we were too tired to go out for dinner and I must say, the food was great! It was a bit pricey but I understand it's not just the food we're paying for, but the experience as well. The view from our room was great and the complimentary cake warmed our hearts. We hope to come back again someday. Thank you, Hyatt Centric!

Good location, excellent service staff, modern rooms. Club lounge was a bit small, only evening canapés were good.

The hotel was very new and clean. The staff was very friendly.

Infinity pool very awesome with the night view. Room was nice and comfy but the pillow needs improvement. Breakfast needs improvement on the Chinese style part as they did not taste good. Western wise was delicious especially the selection of smoothie and yogurt part. Pastries were just ok. Very convenient location for food and accessibility to mrt.

Very nice hotel with excellent service. We liked our room very much. Breakfast was very good and tasty. It consisted of great choice of meals. Also, the restaurant was with a huge amount desks. Swimming pool on 23rd flor has great view on Hong Kong.

Great place for your Hong Kong visit. Don’t miss to book a table at Cruise restaurant, spectacular harbor views, food and service quality. Would definitely stay in this hotel again, one improvement item though: the smoke detectors in the room are lousy , flashing like a disco light all night, please change them asap, then we will be happy to stay at your beautiful hotel again…

Carlota was a gem from check it was seamless and she make sure my request was guaranteed. Nice swimming pool over looking the north harbour and the gym is super clean. It was an absolutely relaxing stay.

Awesome hotel by the sea with great infinity swimming pool and service!

This hotel is exceptionally well-located. We stayed in a corner room with a sea view, and although the room was not particularly spacious, the design was both clever and efficient, making the most of the available space. The bathroom’s bathtub was a highlight, offering an unparalleled experience of soaking while taking in the stunning views of Kowloon’s skyline and the expansive sea. The hotel is situated in North Point, and the journey from the airport was entirely on the motorway, with the hotel conveniently located just off the exit. Despite being in a crowded area, the hotel retains an open sea view, adding to its charm. The staff were warm and welcoming, making our stay even more pleasant. However, there are a few shortcomings: firstly, the hotel is adjacent to an elevated road, and the windows do not provide adequate soundproofing, resulting in significant noise at night that could affect sleep quality; secondly, the bed is rather soft, and even the slightest movement causes noticeable shaking; thirdly, the air conditioning unit is somewhat noisy when running; and lastly, the lighting design is not very practical, as the bedside lamp cannot be controlled independently—when the room lights are on, they all come on at once. If these issues could be addressed, this hotel would be nearly perfect.
