The hotel staffs are nice and can speak English well! The room is normally small but worth the price. It is very clean. The nearest MTR station is just about 5 minutes walk 😄

Good and helpful service. Only complaint is the lack of towels, and the paid disposable ones are terrible. Otherwise happy with the room and price!

amazing stay. we're *** couple but we were welcomed warmly. amazing receptionist and a good english speaker too. we had an amazing view of the city.

Ken was a nice host. 2 things I did not like:
1. Cleanliness - night 1 I got bedbugs bites. I had the bedsheet replaced but still the same. please see picture.
2. Service (planning) - there was a notice for aircon maintenance and it was fine. What I hate was when I arrived 9pm after a full day of activities, the maintenance is still not done. I requested to be transferred to another room because it’s already late and I needed to rest since I would have an early start (6am) the following day and I was told that they don’t have other rooms since they are fully booked BUT I can get a refund and book another accommodation if I cannot wait for the maintenance to be completed. Imagine you would be told to look for a room in the missle of the night.
They tried to apologize the next day by putting a trinket inside my room with a note of apology but the act was already done and was already inconvenienced.
Again, the host is nice but what happened is something that can be prevented by not letting the room be booked if it’s scheduled for maintenance and that the room should also be sanitized and cleaned properly.

Excellent location, the staff are very friendly. The room is small, but that was expected, the bed was comfortable enough. The only downside is that no towels are provided. We would stay again.

Ken (I think he is the owner) is extremely friendly and helpful. The room is small but clean. I am travelling alone, hence the space is sufficient for me. Good location with just 5 minutes walk away from Mong Kok MTR station.
Overall, a good place to stay if you are travelling solo or as a couple.
PS: Something to take note is that they don't provide towel and water in the room. However, one-time-use towels and water are available for purchase at the counter.
