Don't book this hotel. They are doing fraud, at the time of Check-In, they are asking to pay 3000 HK dollars as a deposit, the booking is just only for 200 HK dollars, but why deposit is too much? Then they said give us 1000, they 500, this is how they cheat people. Even they didn't cancel our booking, and didn't pay back to us. I recommend you guys, don't book this hotel. I can recommend more hotels in the same building without deposit. Be aware of fraud! I also recommend Hong Kong Home Affairs department to take possible measure against them, and Trip.com to block them from Trip.com. I say again Don't book this hotel.

SCAM!!!!! Firstly, in the photographs the room had a window, nowhere in the description was it indicated that it could be without a window. We were given a room without a window and much less than the promised 11 square meters. In response to our request to change the number, the staff invited a man who introduced himself as the owner. He began to pull out the key card, leaving us in the darkness of this room without a window, and saying “if you don’t like it, get out. What do you want for such ridiculous money? It’s just nothing for Hong Kong. Maybe you wanted another room with a pool?” and stuff like that. In general, then there were offers to pay extra, and then suddenly the question arose about the deposit, which was also not in the description. We were not ready to pay extra, but they also refused to return the money to us. In the end, he simply loaded our suitcases into the elevator, not allowing us to wait for the police. They never returned the money for our room, although when it came up that my sister had already gone to get the police, the “owner” said that he promised to return the money.... I really regret that I never waited for the police. NEVER STAY in this room, it could be dangerous

The room is small and the bathroom is a bit cramped, but it is still comfortable. The location is great, facing the subway, and just a few meters from several tourist attractions, such as the art museum and the avenue of stars. The service is not so formal/professional but they were very attentive and friendly.

The price is there, you get what you pay for. Don't expect too much. Note that this hotel has a 24-hour front desk. The room has automatic door locks. When you come out to pick up water, or heat a bag in the microwave, remember to take the room card! ! ! Or jam the door and then come out, otherwise in the middle of the night without a room card and can’t open the door, it’s not working every day.

The deposit of 3,000 is too much!
