Due to language barrier of course sign language at times , jus check in no offers made even when trying to upgrade due to have booked standard rooms but 2 rooms should be 3 beds because of children 14 yo and 11 yo ,not helpful at all in the reception .aside from its near to anywhere like mtr, bus stn, shops all in all was ok

I had chosen this hotel for it's location. Close to the Tsim Sha Tsui East for the companies I had to vitis It was also a perfect location for a running parkour around Victoria Harbour. Room itself is a bit old and messy but most of the time I was out anyway. Perfect for just 4 nights stay

love the location and the room given. love the spacious room and amenities available in the room and in the hotel. i can see the lovely Hong Kong view from the room. the hotel even surprised me with a birthday cake during my stay. I was very touched and I am looking forward to staying with them next time!

The hotel is indeed within 5 minutes walk to the nearest metro station, but beware that the walk to the actual platform to catch trains is actually a 15-minute walk. This was my second stay, and I still appreciate the value pricing, efficient service, and high standard of maintenance (as it's a fairly old property). The rooftop pool is a treat for both frolicking or lap swimming. This hotel gets all the basics right, such as lighting, air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, linens and comfortable pillows/mattress. I would be happy to make this my default hotel in Hong Kong if the pricing continues to offer such good value.

Value for money! Location was convenient to metro stations TST and Jordan. Short walk from A21 bus stop from airport. Donki few metres down the road and a bunch of restaurants and 7/11s downstairs. Minutes walk to the famous ‘Bakehouse’ egg tarts too! Room was very clean, all basic amenities provided. Air conditioning was very strong, lighting was great and bed was comfortable. Staff were all delightful to interact with. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or stay again.

Reception was friendly, hotel is located less than 10mins walk away from mtr, food and convenience stores located nearby. Very basic hotel, no toothbrushes/shavers provided. Stayed on the 20th storey, the aircon was really noisy and warm, pillows were too soft. Not very comfortable.

The Hotel is top notch - beautiful, excellent service and best location. The best part is the staff friendly and always eager to help! We had a wonderful stay and will highly recommend it to family and friends. We will stay in this Hotel if we ever come back to Hong Kong.

This hotel was a great value for money at a very convenient location and right next to an MTR station. You get what you paid for: the rooms are HK-size (small) but comfortable; and the hotel is long overdue for a renovation, but it was all very clean and the housekeeping team was very attentive. I got a harbour-view room on a high floor and that was beautiful.

The hotel is located at the center where you can actually find everything easily such as the transportation, foods , shopping area and etc. Great services as provided by the staff at the hotel, quite knowledgeable and helpful attitude. I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again for the next visit

It was a very good hotel stay with very good location and services. It was a short distance from Hotel to Mongkok on foot. Besides, room was clean and comfortable. Hotel also provided free simple breakfast with bread, coffee and tea at 2/F Lounge. Overall Cost Performance was very high.
