good stay! room was comfy and huge. there was an indoor playground that was an excellent entertainment for kids. the drift bike race track was great too!

I simply disappointed the hotel overall. Comparing to the grade the hotel is claiming, the service and facility was so poor. There was a long queue at the reception on my check-in and I was quite confused. There should be some staff outside the counter to support us. They give us a sheet of paper that described the facility and ground rules of the hotel, but I don’t think it is a way for a luxury hotel should do. The lounge service was simply messy as so many people try to grab seats, drink and snacks and a staff should sort the things out in person. The room on the 3rd floor was so poor which may be just old one inherited from the previous hotel. (The hotel was bought and started as this hotel recently.) They don’t like to invest the things by which the hotel grade should keep the grade they claim. The hot spa and breakfast service was nice compering to many poor aspects of the hotel but by only those they could not push up the grade of the hotel, they should invest facility and staff more and more.

it was just renew and reopened, the whole management and sense are quite morden and good. especially the kids play ground was great! and by the way the afternoon snack was also great! i definitely recommend my friend to visit here again.

This was my third time staying at Grand Mecure. At this hotel in Yatsugatake, the kids' space was spacious, so I got the impression that there were a lot of children. Unlike other Grand Mecure hotels, there are two lounges. I booked a room with access to the executive lounge, so it was relatively quiet. I think that for people who want to spend their time quietly, the large number of children may be a concern. The staff were very kind. There is nothing around the hotel, but I went there for the purpose of staying at the hotel, so I was able to relax. It seems to have been renovated a few years ago, so the rooms and facilities were clean. It was nice that there was a new water station in the lobby. There was no coffee in the room, so it would have been nice if they had offered takeout coffee from the dining area!

The room is a bit old, but clean. There are not many electrical outlets, so I borrowed an extension cord, but it still wasn't enough. You can hear noises from the surrounding rooms, so it may not be suitable for people who want a quiet stay.

The hotel provides free pick-up and drop-off service from the station, which is very convenient. There is also a tour bus passing by the door, and a single ride is 600 yen. It is recommended to buy a one-day ticket for 1,200 yen, which can be used unlimited times, which is great value! The hot springs in the hotel are clean and comfortable, and the indoor recreational facilities are also very suitable for families with children. No wonder many families choose this place as a parent-child travel destination. From service to facilities, every detail can feel the hotel's care. Highly recommended to all friends who come here for a trip!

The facilities are old and poorly maintained as shown in the picture. There are a lot of dirty carpets, various scratches on the walls, and the cleaning is not clean, especially the Japanese-style rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors. The Western-style decoration on the 5th, 6th and 7th floors is better. I will never book a Japanese-style hotel at Grand Mercure again!

The hotel has considerate service, clean facilities and a wide range of children's play facilities to meet the needs of young children and their parents. The breakfast food is complete and rich, the place is spacious, and the night cup provides snacks and a variety of different drinks, including alcohol, suitable for all ages and a good choice for accommodation.

The hotel has a view of Mount Fuji, a shuttle bus to the station, and a free drink counter. :)) Will visit again many times.
