The hotel is situated at the middle level of Daisen, only 30 mins drive from Yonago city. It is a big complex with a lot of rooms. The best view rooms are probably those facing the sea. Ours faces Daisen Mountain, which is not bad either. It gave me a sense of tranquility. The onsen is awesome with both outdoor and indoor pools. The showering area is spacious too. The room is in a very decent size. It was amply sufficient for three of us. Adding points to this review is the 3 hours of happy hours, with unlimited flow of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and snacks. The panoramic view restaurant was quite a nice place for relaxing. Another point to add is the 11:00 o'clock check-out time, unlike other hotels in Yonago at 10:00. Overall, if you book the hotels well in advance, it's a pretty good deal.

Breakfast has many choices 👍The room is old but clean, the bathroom smells like urine! Maybe the drainage system is old? The hot spring is comfortable but the space is small. It will be quite crowded if there are more than 50 people.

I think this is one of the few places where you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of both the mountains and the sea at the same time. The quality of the food far exceeded my expectations.

There is an open-air bath and sauna, and the view from the room is of Mt. Daisen on the mountain side and Yumigahama on the sea side. The meals are buffet style, but there are so many dishes on the menu that it's impossible to finish them all. There are also plenty of menus for small children. The mini hamburgers at night and the fillet cutlet burgers in the morning are especially recommended as they are cooked right in front of you. Since it is a very large hotel, I thought the buffet might be a little crowded, but there were many seats and a wide variety of dishes, so I was able to prepare meals smoothly. I think it would be a great opportunity for children to learn about food if they were to think about what to serve, how much to serve, and how to serve it. There are many colors of tableware, so it's fun to think about which dishes to use. Since it is all-inclusive, the room rate does not depend on how many glasses of draft beer you drink. Some people were drinking whiskey, shochu, sake, and wine from breakfast.

Let me talk about the advantages first: the buffet food is delicious, especially the wagyu beef, which is superb. There are no other advantages. The room rate is indeed not expensive, and it is all for meals. The hotel is large, but the facilities are very simple. It is the most rudimentary hotel I have stayed in after visiting Japan for n times. It is said to be renovated in 2024, but only the public areas are renovated. The room is very old and the space is quite large. The stains on the carpet that cannot be washed off are really very unsightly. The hot spring is average. The transportation is not convenient. Unless you drive yourself, there is no public transportation, and it takes a long time for a taxi to arrive. It is 9 kilometers to the ski resort and there is no public transportation.

This is my second stay. The food is delicious and the hot spring is perfect for healing. I can't forget the welcome drink at the 12th floor lounge with a view of Daisen.

The hotel is located halfway up Mt. Daisen in Tottori, with a quiet and peaceful environment and fresh air. The bathhouse has a sauna. The room feels spacious enough. But the restroom is relatively narrow. The room facilities are outdated.

This is my third time staying here. I really like it, but there are some things that bother me or that I think could be improved. One is the lack of amenities. You can get them at the front desk, but there are things that most hotels have, such as shower caps and brushes, so I would like them to increase them. Another thing is that I have never been greeted with a thank you or anything when I check out. This may be because I don't go to the front desk when I check out, I just put my key in the key box and go home, but this time there were three women at the front desk, but they were all talking and didn't even look at me. Also, the buffet menu is almost the same every time, so I wish there was a little more variety, but I guess that's unavoidable. Despite what I said, I think I will stay again, so I hope for better service in the future.

This was my first time there, and it was better than I expected! It was simple and stylish, and didn't feel like a place you would live in. The location was also great, and even when I was in bed I could see Mt. Daisen from the window, and after walking a little I was able to refresh myself by being surrounded by nature. The amenities were not fully equipped, and there were few trash cans and clocks in the large bath and lounge, so I felt a little inconvenienced at first, but I was able to enjoy it even without them. Or rather, I didn't need them. The more they try to be polite, kind, and satisfy a wide range of ages, the less cluttered signs there are, and the more they create a high-quality space that doesn't feel like a place you live in. You can manage even without them! It's a simple, easy-to-use hotel that clears your mind and lets you refresh yourself away from the hustle and bustle. I also enjoyed the food more than I expected!! There are various seasonings and toppings, and I definitely recommend the all-inclusive option!! You can enjoy all-you-can-drink alcohol in the lounge at night.

We stayed for one night with our children. There are play facilities for children near the hotel, which is convenient. The breakfast was delicious, with many healthy options, so I think women would enjoy it. The hot springs were also comfortable. I'd like to use them again.

I booked two triple rooms, but the information received from the reservation site and the hotel was different, so one double room and one single room were prepared. After checking in, I was shown to my room, which felt strange. They quickly prepared an extra bed, towels, and in-house clothing, and the service was smooth and polite, but the information received from the hotel was different from what I had booked, so it was not a pleasant experience.
