We stayed for 5 consecutive nights in July on a tour set with sightseeing around. The Western-style room was wide 々, but the building was old and the air conditioner was too effective, but the bed was not set with a blanket and it was cold, so I asked him to bring it. Because it is old, there is an old type key with a plate of room number and a key of the safe, so it is not possible to carry it. When I asked if I could get ice, I heard that I sell about 1 ㎏ at the front desk for 300 yen. I can't believe it. I tried to put it in a paper cup at the Viking venue and bring it with me, but it was stopped. You can buy it. The meal was set four times in five nights, but the ”one plate of Kaisan” crab half body and roast beef were set without a single set, and the ”sazae no Tsubo Yaki” which was cold from the second time. Only. Also, the next day, only ”boiled red fish (frozen fish?)”. It was a dinner buffet on the tour that I stayed for several nights, and I had never been replaced with a menu that cost a lot of materials without permission, but what kind of treatment. I chose this tour because the dinner Viking looked delicious, but it is Tohoho. Another push menu, Caesar Salad, but boiled soybeans and konjac salad, were hidden in the leaves of ordinary lettuce, not romaine lettuce, and I put it in my mouth and became wet. Does Daiwa Hotel Headquarters know that they offer such a menu? I regretted that I should have chosen another tour. However, the good thing is the front desk staff. I was very kind to each of my problems. The response of foreign nationals was excellent and it was 4 star or higher.
Overnight on December 2, 2021. It faces the station square of Yonago Station. There is also a bus terminal here, which was very convenient to go to various places. This hotel is located in a very convenient location where you can use Yonago Station, Buster Mital, taxi stand, etc. without stress. The inside was more like a city hotel than a business hotel. There is no service like PET bottled water service or free breakfast service like in recent business hotels. Wi-Fi was available without problems. The rooms were normal but the smell of cigarettes was strong. It was painful that there was no air purifier. The unit bath was large and the room was spacious. I stayed for 5500 yen with a super-discount plan. The usual fee seems to be high, so if so, you may not use it.
Anyway, access and location are good. When I crossed the street from Yonago Station, it was about 20 minutes by train from Kitaro Airport to Yonago Station. Because it is close to Yonago Station, you can go to any place by public transportation without renting a car. Even in the room along the street, it was soundproofed and I slept soundly, but the bathroom has a bathtub, but it may be better to think that it is a real shower room. However, Yonago seems to have a lot of other value hotels.
The rooms are clean and beautiful, but there are some things to worry about. First of all, the bed is too soft to take the back, waist and butt and sink. In addition, the futon is too heavy and uncomfortable. The pillows that you can choose in front of the front desk are sold out and there is no one. It was a continuous night, but I couldn't sleep well and I tended to wake up in the middle of the night. There is only one elevator though there are quite a number of rooms, and it is especially crowded in the morning, and it is not easy to come even if it pushes. It is said that there are natural hot springs, but there are only four washing places in the large bath and one bathtub. The washing place and bathtub are too close, and the shower tends to fly to the bathtub. There is only one washbasin in the dressing room, and of course only one dryer. This is operated by the men and women replacement system every two or three hours, and it is difficult to use it easily. Moreover, the location of the public bath is in the back of the dining room, and it is the route design that it goes down the elevator and goes to the dining room from the front desk, and goes through the dining room and goes to the bath, and it is 6:30 after the breakfast start It makes me feel quite embarrassed to take a morning bath. I thought that there was no choice that I could access the bath from the second floor by the private stairs or not take a bath in the first place. Although it is a natural hot spring, it is not a spring quality that feels especially moderate in a colorless transparent simple spring, and the chlorine smell is strong. Once I entered, I decided to finish it with a shower in the room. The refrigerator in the room is in a few drinks, but there is no depth and there is no lunch box size. Convenience stores are far away, so be careful. There are many restaurants such as taverns within walking distance. Free breakfast is delicious. Parking is next to a affiliated parking lot and 500 yen per night.
I checked in by car from Yonago Airport. At first, I didn't know the parking lot and it was difficult. Listen to the shoulder of the front desk and finally understand. The room was calm in the corner room. Occasionally, it was easy for other guests to make a big sound without knowing the place. Breakfast was not a buffet but a warm meal directly. The side dishes of Dashan bacon are the best. It was a place to calm down while in front of the station.
Toyoko Hotel is highly standardized. The room is pretty much the same as the Toyoko Inn I have stayed in in several previous cities, and the free breakfast provided in both hotels gave me the impression that it is just like a Holiday Inn Express;
Because I came to Yonago to watch the Fireworks Festival, I chose to stay here which is close to the JR station. The fireworks are so awesome. I still have to watch one in the summer. It was very unforgettable. It took me 20 minutes to walk back to the hotel.
