The worst decoration in room I ever seen…no safety plugs

We got two rooms (a couple and single as part of bigger group travelling together). We really enjoyed our stay and noticed a considerably difference from where we had been staying around the corner. We decided to stay longer in Hoian and needed a place for one night, wish we came here first! Rooms were nicer w blackout curtains, bigger bathroom and better amenities; buffet breakfast had more options (Asian and western dishes); staff were genuinely friendly and helpful; and pool was secluded from street view and noise (our friends joined us there instead of where we’d been staying). The pool bar was not in service and no food to order during daytime hours but Claypots directly across the road is a must-try! Would def recommend ahead of same-star ratings in the area if you’re comparing

Beautiful Hotel and staff are friendly. Location is accessible it take 20 minutes by walking and 5 mins by grab to old town.

I will definitely stay here again next time. They are very friendly and the guards always greet you with a bright smile. You can also rent a bicycle, so it's great for getting around.

I feel like everything is very good, the staff is polite and attentive, the room is okay, but I also feel disappointed that the breakfast is not rich.

It's kind and nice. The location is a bit obscure, but you rented a bicycle for free, so I went to Anbang Beach in Old Town without using Grab. It's good.

The hotel is a beautiful hotel with a very good sensibility. However, it feels old and unique, not new. Highly recommended. The value for money is also very good and it is clean. The staff was very friendly, the pick-up service to Danang Airport was good, and the location was a 20-minute walk from the Old Town and a 5-minute taxi ride, so I took a Grab Taxi. There are many places to eat around the hotel, so I personally am very satisfied.

Good location, high cost performance, very close to the ancient town of Hoi An, convenient for travel and outing... I suggest that you can experience it when traveling in Hoi An, but the room space is a little smaller....

We came to take breakfast with my family. Ha,hanh, trang was very good and amazing customer service and we all took a pic with them. Thank you so much and we all came from Malaysia. Vietnam is amazing place .

I stayed here with my friends and had a wonderful experience. The environment was relaxing, the hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant was really good, and the service was excellent. Big kudos to Trang, Tam, and Hanh for making our meals enjoyable. A special shoutout to Ha ! she went above and beyond to assist us, even helping us top up our food without us having to ask. Her kindness really stood out and made us feel taken care of. Overall, I highly recommend staying here. The customer service truly made my stay a happy one. Will definitely come back!

We had a wonderful trip ,the room was airy and clean ,the swimming pool was cool and very good ,the staff were friendly and very careful ,most special is the restaurant staff (ha ,trang)are really cute We are very satisfied and will be back here
