It was an amazing stay. The service was extremely good and friendly.

This is one of my favourite places that I have stayed in. The environment is beautiful, it’s in a great location. Very peaceful and quiet whilst still being a 10 minute ride from the old town. Service was fantastic and all of the staff were so kind and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. I will definitely come back and recommend this place to my friends.

Not as great as how the other reviews painted it out to be. Breakfast and room service menu was very underwhelming. Pool is very small. Nice experience for a one-time visit.

Highly recommend ZEST, good environment, provide professional services especially the receptionist - Thuy, she always good smile and asking me every day, she always concern what's I feel, it's really nice. Zest provide free shuttle bus between hotel and old town. And free of charge to borrow a bicycle so can ride to around feel free in countryside, and enjoy every moment in Zest even stay whole day in Zest.

Amazing place

The only downside is the location, but everything else is great. It's okay to bring kids. The pool isn't that big, though... and there's only one treadmill, so I don't think there's much of a fitness center.

What a beautiful location and lovely people. Got an upgrade out of nowhere. Would have liked to stay a bit longer but it was fully booked. In short. If you are looking for peace, countryside and more authentic character you have come to the right place. You can easily cycle to the busy centre.

Away from the hustle and bustle of Hoi An city, time passed slowly. The room I stayed in was clean and cute, and it was great that it had a bathtub. The refrigerator was sturdy. The breakfast buffet was delicious and just right. Above all, the reception staff were friendly, kind, and very calm. I'd definitely like to come again.
