The hotel near home, the hotel that my relatives from my hometown booked in advance when they came to Hohhot, unexpectedly it was very good. I am very grateful to the girl at the front desk and the customer service lady I met on the floor. Four people came from my hometown. I originally wanted to book two rooms, but the old man was afraid that I would spend money, so I squeezed into one room for one night. The girl at the front desk saw that there were too many people to stay, so she upgraded the room for free, and sent a breakfast. When I went to the room and took the elevator, I met the waiter again, who helped me carry the luggage and sent it to the room. The attitude was very good and he spoke with a smile, which made people feel very comfortable. The hotel also has free parking and is very convenient for travel. Needless to say, the room is clean and comfortable, the decoration is simple and generous, and my family is very satisfied with the stay. They repeatedly told me to thank the hotel. I don’t feel strange when I go out. It is the warm style of Inner Mongolians. I came here to give a good review. In short, it is the only choice for relatives to arrange a hotel in Hohhot. A great hotel in a super convenient location by the temples and the old street. A much bigger area than i realised, so I spent a lot of time wandering there. The hotel was right next to the large parking area, so very convenient to park! 10 b for one night, very reasonable The hotel itself is so peaceful and calm inside. The rooms all have wooden furnishings and and very stylish. A lovely addition of treats upon arrival like an eye mask and snacks. I had a smoking room but there was no smell of smoke at all, and even had an intense stick to burn in the evening 😀 Breakfast was delicious and very big!

Service: Service needs to be improved. After stopping the electricity once, I contacted the front desk. The front desk said that they would let their people go up and see. After ten minutes, there was no movement, and they didn't take the initiative to call the guests and ask if the problem had been solved. I made another call to ask when the front desk could fix it? The front desk said she let people see. I said that the problem still exists. After she hung up the phone, I heard someone talking in the corridor. The room attendant asked the manager when the call was coming. Some rooms were out of power. After a few minutes, the front desk called me to ask if I was in a hurry. If I was in a hurry, I needed to change the room, from the 5th floor to the 3rd floor. Said they had to be repaired in the afternoon. I thought, isn't it just tripping? Do I need to wait for the afternoon to repair it? Later, I said that I don't need to change, I think it's troublesome, you can recover as soon as possible. It took more than an hour to call. I looked at the time and it was almost 12 noon. This repair efficiency is OK.

Hotel facilities are not bad, the decoration is relatively new, there will be some stains on the wall, within the acceptable range. The sister at the front desk was really good. I originally planned to check in after 14:00 in the afternoon, but I arrived at the hotel around 8 o'clock in the morning. When I asked if I could check in early, the sister at the front desk helped me find a vacant room. After learning that there was no room available, she notified me of the check-in as soon as the guest checked out.  Humanistic care is doing very well! The only regret is that my room is on the first floor, the window is facing the road, sometimes the road will be noisy, and there is a little lack of security when living alone. Then the soundproofing of the room actually stops the sound of the guests talking in the corridor. But don't mind these words, the experience is actually good. Overall it is recommended and the price is very affordable.
