I thought my staff was very professional when you threw the room card straight at her when checking out but she still calmly said thank you. You texted her that no foreigners will travel to Vietnam again because of employees like her, she was hurt and cried a lot. She is a woman, and a human being, she does not deserve to be treated like that.First you ruined your towels by wiping your food with them, think about it if you went to a 5* hotel they wouldn't charge you for that? And the female staff is very nice when she thinks you don't have enough napkins, she talked to you if you don't have enough napkins we are ready to provide napkins 247. It's a normal conversation between guests and staff but it seems to have hurt you and made you feel uncomfortable, right? If you were upset by a sincere contribution, we sincerely apologize again.Secondly, we believe that NO 60-year-old guest who has saved 1 million Vietnamese people would commit actions such as smearing food on bed sheets, hiding slippers in the closet, or smearing dirty things on the bidet. That's so childish!Last but not least. i hope you understand that everyone works hard for the life, dont use the money to put other life harder With all due respect we just want to say good luck with your travels. you havent paid yet 1 bottle of water and a laundry fee, but its free for you as a thank you for staying at the hotel. We hope we will not see each other again!
