The allocated King Studio Room for me on the top level is excellent. It has impressive views of the Ho Chi Minh City airport air traffic control tower, the runway, the neighbourhood and impressive views of aircraft flying and landing on the runway. The room has a kitchenette and free dragonfruit, apple and other fresh fruits on a bowl. I am thankful to the receptionist for arranging Room 1511 for me. For transfer to the hotel from the International Terminal (Terminal 2) of Ho Chi Minh City airport, meet the hotel welcomer at Pillar No. 8 within 90 minutes of the flight's actual landing time. For transfer to the hotel from the Domestic Terminal 1, meet the welcomer at Pillar A09. The names of the guests are not indicated on the welcomer's placards. IBIS Saigon Hotel does not provide return airport transfers to the newly-opened Domestic Passenger Terminal 3, which currently serves passengers taking off from Ho Chi Minh City to Hanoi and Van Don. Terminal 3 is located 3 km away from IBIS Saigon Hotel. The hotel provides transfers to Terminal 2 and Terminal 1 only. For return travel to Terminal 3 from IBIS Saigon Hotel, the cost of a ride by taxi ranges from 100,000 Vietnamese Dong to 109,000 Vietnamese Dong. If there is another opportunity, I will stay at IBIS Saigon Hotel again for plane-spotting purpose in Ho Chi Minh City.

Hotel nearby airport, good location and price!

We stayed here for one night to rest between flights, and it was exactly what we needed. The room was clean and comfortable, the bed cozy, and the bathroom and shower were spotless. We really appreciated the complimentary airport transfer — we requested it in advance, and the hotel kindly arranged for someone to meet us with a sign and take us straight to the hotel. It made our arrival so smooth and easy! We didn’t try the breakfast, so we can’t comment on that. There are also some small convenience stores nearby, which is helpful if you need to grab anything. A great option for a short layover near the airport — calm, clean, and efficient.

good hotel to spend the night before the flight with a swimming pool on the roof, there is a free transfer from/to the airport, pleased with the soft comfortable mattress - slept great! Of the minuses - slightly shabby rooms, dirty glass in the pool

I dont know how to explain this but it is very strange that my trip is cancelled due to visa problems and i called both hotel and trip.com help desk for cancellations. It is very disappointing, both did not make this cancellation worked.

Location is perfect when you have an early flight! Staffs are friendly and the airport shuttle services are the best!

Family room was perfect for our family of 4. Beds were really comfortable and was really decent for one night stay. Within close vicinity to lots of food choices.

Nice staff, clean room; despite the shower hanger was broken still can take a shower😅 super near the airport, they have free shuttle bus to pickup and deliver, to pickup at airport just book/tell them via email(they response!) or whatsapp, or make a call.

Great hotel, good breakfast buffet.
