I stayed there for two nights the room and staff can speak English so kinda easy for me to communicate. But the bedsheet is a bit old tho. Nearby place to visit. And doesn't noise and I enjoyed the coffee in front of the homestay. P.S. I communicate with staff members via WhatsApp only.

It's perfect for solo or couples. It's close to the 1st District Traveler's Street and major tourist attractions such as Ben Thanh Market. There are also many good restaurants nearby.

The condition of the air conditioner was not good. At first, it could not receive messages from the remote control. It was fixed after I came for repair, but it was not cold. There is no refrigerator in the room. There is only a shared refrigerator downstairs. I bought beer and put it in the refrigerator, but it was stolen. I originally booked to stay at this hotel on my next trip, but I immediately canceled the reservation and booked somewhere else.
