The hotel is in a good location and staff is very nice and helpful. The reception helped us to print our flight tickets for the next day which was very helpful and Dung was very attentive. The gym was not very good. I would not call it a gym.

I stayed for 4 nights , not even a single day they changed the bedsheet . They only help you to set your bed sheet back to the original settings . And clean up the room . only when you called them to change towel , they then only will replace . Location wise is good . But service wise can be better . Ask for more mineral water , they said got limit for 2 per day . Cleanliness would rate 4/5

The shower heater got a problem - hot water and cold water adjustment is wrong. The bathtub - faces the window but the window is see through from outside?!! Why ? This is weird.

Service and location was 10/10 for sure. Breakfast also great. However, rooms seems quite dated and looked nothing like the pictures. Especially our first night where we got allocated a super tiny room. Walls paper thin - could hear the corridor and next door renovation as early as 8am. For the money you're paying, not sure if you would be better off elsewhere

Prime location,just infront the Park,so it's so convenient for brisk walks & near to traditional market & eatery's places.

The room was nice and clean, and the hotel had beautifully decorated the bed with flower petals to celebrate our anniversary. We enjoyed our stay, but the transparent glass in the toilet was inconvenient as we had to close the blind every time we used it, and there was no place to hang our clothes and towel. The location was ideal, within walking distance to popular spots like Ben Thanh Market, Saigon Square, Nguyen Hue, and The Cafe Apartment. There’s cafe and 7eleven just around the corner. The staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke fairly good English. Breakfast was decent and filling and they also provide afternoon tea. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Friendly staffs & great location within walking distance. Love their afternoon tea package. One downside was the lack in gym equipment due to the size of the room (no spare).

We booked a 2 bedroom suites and surprise to find that there is only 1 shower cubicle and 1 toilet. Room description in trip.com is not clear. The lady receptionist at checkout is rude towards Asian travellers but her attitude is super friendly towards the European guests. Colour blind service? Nothing to shout about and over rated.

The hotel is located in District one. It's very convenient to go to the sightseeing places. It takes about 15 minutes by foot or just 5 minutes by car to those big shopping malls such as Saigon Centre or Takashiyama. The hotel room has been renovated. It's clean and spacious. The hotel package not only includes breakfast but also afternoon tea set everyday. Staff are very helpful and polite.

The most impressive thing of the hotel is the staff. All of them are professional and providing amazing service. I feel thankful for all of them. We have a good breakfast everyday. Have a short break in the swimming pool in the afternoon. Although it’s small but nice when I’m the only one on the rooftop. The afternoon tea is a plus. Perfect location. Lots of restaurants around.
