The Pago Design Hotel Phuket Reviews

The room was ok, water, bathroom, air conditioner and fridge worked well. Everything inside is noticeably worn out. Lots of hairs were everywhere in the room, even on the bad. Lots of warning notices says your goods can be stolen in the room. Breakfast is veeeeery poor, horrible experience. Location is bad. Swimming pool… somebody used it, it exists. Nice view and roti shop nearby.

The hotel rooms are decent and bed is comfortable, the pool is super cold as the building block out most of the daylight. With limited sun loungers the restaurant is the only place to relax. Although this is next to the pool it is missing that Thailand holiday feel. Breakfast is Average at best but the A La carte menus is better. Hotel staff are friendly and welcoming. The local area is pretty basic but Phuket old town is 20-25 minutes away and I would recommend renting a scooter (hotel staff can help).

hotel look new from the outside but the inside is average only, shower head is the fixed one, so you can’t take it out, kinda inconvenient. 

Very nice and clean and also outdoor pool were good. However, the location is not good, far from downtown and other famous beach.

Was a great experience, easy to get to and good service overall.

Cool place

If you want to stay in a hotel that is clean, had a great restaurant and a pool, the Pago is an excellent choice. It’s away from the beaches and tourists on the island and is a great location to go North or South of Phuket. I’d definitely stay there again.

This is definitely not anything special and it's 100% NOT a 4* Hotel. It's a 2 at best and the only thing you will like is the pool. Apart from that it's a run down dirty place to stay . Even the pencil has bite marks . seriously *** If you want to book a nice 4 star hotel. THIS IS NOT IT AVOID AVOID AVOID
