Everything about the hotel is amazing, from location to comfort to service! The staff will greet you at the hotel main lobby everyday, the room is perfect. Location is really convenient just right beside yongningmen train station. There are 3 shopping malls around the hotel, love it!

Excellent location. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

This hotel is conveniently located by the city wall, and directly across from the Subway exit. It accepts foreigners, and the staff made a good effort to speak to us in English if necessary. Our room was a bit smoky when we came in, but it aired out with the windows open.

Some hotel stuff can speak Japanese!

Excellent location, spacious, but generally older design of the rooms and hotel. Convenient to see the city walls.

Great place to stay right near the amazing city wall. Staff were able to speak english. Rooms were clean and reasonably modern but you can see that some parts are aging.

Recommended for those who come to Xi'an.

Location super good. Near to Malls, subway & attractions.

Great service, staff were very accommodating and gave great suggestions for things to visit and what times are best to visit. The location is directly beside a metro station and very close to lots of tourist areas making it a great place to staff. Lots of great food places nearby aswell.

Receptionists are really helpful and they are all speaking English. They suggest and introduce all Xi’an attractions to us during our checkin. Hotel is located at the South gate of city walls and the metro station is directly in front of the hotel. The room’s view is just perfect and you can enjoy the night view of the Xi’an city wall. The hotel and furnitures are a bit old but in general its okay and cleaning was nice. The only problem is there is no socket in the bathroom to use hair dryer, there was something look like a socket but the hair dryer didn’t run normally when we tried to use. We used the hair dryer next to bed, it is not a critical problem.

A five-star hotel outside the South Gate of Xi'an, with great scenery and landmark buildings. The hotel has 9 floors, and the breakfast on the first floor is very rich. The front desk service is very good, the room is bright, and the scenery is particularly good. Parking is convenient, and ground parking spaces can be parked at any time. The overall stay experience is very, very good.

The dirty on the first floor is delicious! The breakfast is also delicious. The front desk, concierge, and every employee are very professional and responsible. The location is very convenient and travel is very convenient!
