We enjoyed the hotel and the room, but the location is not in District 1 or 3, meaning it is not a touristy area. View from the room is beautiful.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with stunning views of the city. Everything feels fresh and pleasant, creating a wonderful atmosphere. However, the location is not the most convenient, as you always need to rely on taxis to get around. Additionally, due to the popularity of the tower, the lobby is always crowded with people coming for the bar or to take photos, which raises some concerns about security.

Wonderful hotel! The breakfast is amazing and takes palace in the restaurant on floor 66.

We were left with a very unpleasant feeling from the hotel. We book the Marriot very often and a lot. I booked the hotel for 2 adults and 1 child. The price in the reservation is for 3 adults. The hotel asked me to pay 85€ for an extra bed. We stood at the reception for 30 min while the receptionist checked our reservation. Checked how TRIP shows the price for the hotel. We said we didn't need the extra bed. In China, Marriott always suggest that child lives without charge if using existing beds. Then the receptionist said sorry for the mistake, that the extra bed for us as a compliment from the hotel. After 15 min called to the room and said - if we want to keep the extra bed we have to pay 85€. If not - then the bed will be taken out of the room. We didn't order a extra bed, we didn't ask for it. We booked a room where the price for a room for 3 people. But when we arrive, the hotel tells us that they have different rules and different prices. Is it my fault? I felt bad. I didn't feel welcome at Vinpearl 😔 I always book a hotel for 2 adults and 1 child. And always look if you can stay in one room, or have to book 2 rooms. But Vinpearl clearly showed that the price is for 3 persons! Not recommended .

This hotel was perfect in every way. Located in a high-rise building, it offered a great view. The rooms and amenities were luxurious. We had a wonderful and restful stay. Although we didn't use the swimming pool, it wasn't great. However, we had no complaints as everything else was satisfying.
