We quite enjoyed our stay in this lovely hotel. The reception team are very efficient and friendly. They were very supportive and understanding when we had to extend our stay, yet rooms were already fully booked. Breakfast was excellent and the changing menu meant that we had something new every day, which made our 8 day stay quite comfortable. Response to requests was very quick and all staff we interacted with were super friendly, calm, respectful and kind. Will definitely stay in this hotel again!

Only lobby lounge was opened on the day i arrived, food quality was soso. Tourist group was crowding the hotel lobby and made it difficult to find the line to queue up for checking, even more difficult to get close to the luggage storage corner or checking counter, spending much of my time for waiting to settle down after arrival. Staff at entrance were polite and helpful and had done their job greatly.

Good location and staff is helpful. Breakfast choice is limited for Asian traveller, mainly bread and coffee. Quite western. Staff would help a western traveller to find jackfruit despite there's no such food option during Breakfast but seems reluctant to help an Asian traveller get a drink from the drink bar.

Another nice experience to Vietnam Ho Chi Minh. Nice accommodation and great services by all the staff. I got a room with city view and it’s nice at night. Quite a different layout from the previous round. Definitely a hotel I will be back for.

Small corner room at level 28 with modern set up including capsule coffee maker. View was excellent with 50% of the room have windows, including the bathroom. Property location is convenient to move around. The SPA at level 6 was slightly pricey but worth trying. Breakfast was rich and delicious. Overall a good choice for business travelers.

Bed is comfortable. Too bad never try the bathtub. The check in and out is a breeze and the reception assist us for early check in as we have two old folks with us. Thank you. The room is clean which is very important.

Awesome hotel! Love the location, love the design. Love the breakfast, love the gymroom, and everything is find. Front desk manager is so kind and upgraded my room and also giving tips on buivien street due to piblic holidays in vietnam. Madcow services are excellent too.

Two nights at this location, and the room was great. Clean, well stocked for water and coffee (instant) and in a great location - I highly recommend visiting Joe Thrift while here - it is about 8 minutes walking distance.
