I used this hotel during a business trip. It was my second time using it, and it was very good. It's great that it has a public bath, and I'd like to use it again.

The bathroom in the room was flooded with water even though there was a shower curtain. The bath mat was floating. It was difficult to wring it out and wipe it. It's too bad, and I'm also concerned about the smell of the towels in the room. I think most people go to the hot springs, but I want them to take good care of their room baths. The toilet lid doesn't open properly either. I understand that the prices are high for the weekend, but I was a little disappointed.

I was very satisfied with the hot springs, rice, accommodation, and facilities in general! Please let me use it again when I go to Okayama next time. Thank you for your great service!

チェックイン時に食事の有無でホテルと旅行サイトでの相違がありかなりまたされました。 その後も食事が冷たく提供されたこと、品数も間違えて少なくきたことが残念でした。 部屋はきれいでしたが 窓のない部屋だったため 圧迫感がすごく息苦しいかんじがしました。

古さは仕方ないが部屋は広くて特に不便さは感じませんでした。隣接する温泉施設はかなり人が多く時間帯によってはゆっくり出来ない
