There is only one television channel that works and there is hammer work causing noise that should be at bedtime.

Great location with restaurant and grocery shop nearby, worth for money. Should improve on cleanliness as the bedsheet seems like not clean enough which my relatives are skin allergic after staying the hotel.

Good location wise, but abit noisy at night, seems to have a bar/pub/club nearby, not too sure why there's loud music, otherwise, its been a pleasent stay!

It was just a place to rest. It location is perfect but they need to improve in cleanliness of the room. However, the bathroom is clean except of a hold in the ceiling right above the toilet.

Easy to find places to eat. All in walking distance. The room was also clean.

Pub in front of the hotel will bang the music until 2~3am, and the hotel renovation runs from 9am - 9pm, so you won't get a good sleep at all. Hot water in the shower is not available in the morning.

The hotel is located in the downtown area, which is convenient. The room has a smell that is not pleasant, other facilities are dated. There seems to be burnt cigarette mark on the bedding. But most importantly, although the room and other facilities are dated, the room is clean and liveable!

Cons: Need to do some toilet maintenance/repairment . Our toilet had unpleasant smell and the water pressure to flush was extremely low. Had to reflush again and again. Bedsheets had stains on it. Makes you wonder if they changed the bedsheet after the guest check out. No towel provided when we arrived. Tried calling the reception but no answer. In the end, my husband had to go down to the reception and asked for towels, which they replied, 'ya kami tau, nanti kami hantar'. They could have informed us when we checked in earlier and save our time and energy. (Mind you- 6 hours of driving from Tawau). Breakfast- not worth it. Pro: Location is good. Near to everything.

Friendly staff. Breakfast options not on par. Bad TV reception.

Nice hotel and good location easy to find shop and restaurant...room design bit old but still ok room is clean.

Recommend this hotel.. so comfortable and such clean hotel.. really love it..will repeat again
