Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights, the room is clean and spacious for 3. Variety food choices for breakfast. Hotel location is good, less than 10mins walk from Centrale station.

Location close to train station. But the entrance is difficult to find, google maps took us to a dead end. Good service, clean room and all necessary amenities are provided.

Clean hotel. Super pleased with the chambermaid who was servicing our floor. We did not need any room service but need toilet rolls replenishment. So we asked her for some toilet paper and change of towels. She went over the extra mile to come into the room to take our old towels and also clear all the trash bins!! We were asking if she can help to get us a kettle and she really brought it up and placed it outside of our room door cos we had the privacy tag on. Good service!!!

Firstly, the front desk lady with glasses was really rude, arrogant and impatient. You should learn some manner from the kind and smiley lady next to you, because your fake smile like the face of the zombie nun's alive. Secondly, although the location is nice it needs ten minutes walk from the Milano Centrale but actually quite tricky to find this hotel it needs me to ask other hotel’s receptionist for help with, google map wasn’t accurate. Because this hotel located in a lane inside of a place like car park.

Rooms are good toilette and shower very good. Lifts a bit too noisy. No Gym no swimming pool are a very negative aspect. Overall the relation between price and services are not worth the money. Location very good for business..

The reason we choose this hotel was the approximity to train station Milano Centrale. It was abt 5 mins walk from the station. Check in was a breeze. We booked the classic double junior suite. Room was very spacious. Bathroom came with standing showers. Breakfast was good with a lot of varieties to choose.
