The toilet base is unstable. It's shaking.

Air-con not cool, in the room have cockroach

Good location. Staffs are nice and help for any problems.

Rush us to checkout when 11.30am only.

its quite good but i guess needs to be improved some things, like the videt (the power pressure not so good) no ballpen to write a note to them on your room, 1 channel only to their television and lastly, they need to put something for holding the shampoo and body wash to their shower area

Awesome hotel ever!

Too busy with having a Spa and also allowing the Spa customers to smoke in the lift while I was still in the lift. Will not stay here again!

Hotel nya cakep

The Hotel was very comfortable to stayed, All the time services at to he hotel 100% Happy and enjoy this trip. We will be back soon again some day later.

Convenient location, friendly staff, clean.

The food is cheap but although the restaurant is located next to the main road, there is no convenience store nearby and it is inconvenient to buy things. I want to eat supper at night, but there is nothing to buy nearby.

The hotel is under renovation and it's too noisy. I can't stand it in the room during the day. The breakfast is average.

Since it's located in the center of the city, you can get anywhere in a short amount of time by taxi. The clean bathroom facilities made for a very satisfying stay.
