Very clean, modern apartment with all the amenities you could need. Amazing value for money and Thuong was super responssive, would 100% recomend!

The host was kind, responded quickly, and gave clear instructions. Since the apartment is in Vinhomes, there are plenty of supermarkets, convenience stores, cafes, and restaurants nearby, making it very convenient. The Central Park right in front is spacious and has a really nice atmosphere. Inside, the apartment was clean, and being on the 44th floor, there were no bugs, ants, or mosquitoes. The open view of the night cityscape was fantastic. I had a comfortable stay and will definitely choose this place again without hesitation if I return to Ho Chi Minh City

We stayed at this apartment for 7 days, and it was the worst experience we’ve ever had. While the location is convenient for dining and shopping, everything else about it was a disaster. First, the cleanliness was unacceptable. The water supply was severely contaminated with iron. On the first day, the hot water came out yellow, and throughout the stay, our skin felt itchy and broke out after every shower. On the final day, we discovered a thick layer of residue in the toilet tank, confirming how poor the water quality was. The customer service was even worse. We requested a late checkout due to our late flight, but the staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. A male cleaning staff member showed up with no greeting, no offer to help with our heavy luggage, and even refused to wait for the elevator. When we asked him to help store our luggage, he brushed us off and left, giving vague directions that were entirely unhelpful. After checking the map, we realised the storage area was far too inconvenient to reach on our own. Overall, the poor service, dirty conditions, and rude staff made this a terrible experience. We strongly advise against booking this apartment. Save yourself the trouble and find a better place to stay.

The 2 bedder apartments is one of the worst i have stayed in, there are army of ants around the house and the shower head is broken, requested the host to switch to another apartment but he does reply but did not have any service recovery.

The whole team was really quick to respond to my questions, which was super helpful since being in a foreign country means you need a lot of local support. A big thumbs up, especially to Qui, who was incredibly accommodating! If I could give 10 stars, I definitely would. He was so kind and even took care of our luggage so we could enjoy our last hours in Vietnam stress-free
